Company Introduction 2005年10月25日，软通动力有限股东软通开曼签署了《北京软通动力信息技术有限公司章程》，决定投资设立软通动力有限，投资总额和注册资本均为800万美元。2005年11月4日，北京市工商局核发了《企业法人营业执照》（注册号为企独京总字第027643号）。 2020年8月31日，软通动力有限全体股东召开股东会议，同意软通动力有限整体变更为股份有限公司。同日，软通动力有限全体股东作为发起人签订《软通动力信息技术（集团）股份有限公司发起人协议》，对软通动力有限整体变更为股份公司的主要事项进行了约定。2020年9月11日，公司取得北京市海淀区市场监督管理局核发的变更后的《营业执照》，统一社会信用代码为91110108781703664R，注册资本为36,000万元，股份公司正式设立。 公司是一家拥有深厚行业积累和全面技术实力的软件与信息技术服务商，主营业务是为通讯设备、互联网服务、金融、高科技与制造等多个行业客户提供端到端的软件与数字技术服务和数字化运营服务。公司业务发展紧跟信息技术产业发展变革，在以客户为中心的服务理念下，形成了覆盖信息技术服务全生命周期的多层次服务体系。 公司的软件与数字技术服务是根据客户需求，为其提供针对软件、信息系统、电子电路产品等的设计、开发、测试、运维、数据处理等全方位服务。该项服务聚焦数字经济发展、充分赋能客户，形成了以常规技术27为导向的通用技术服务，以新兴技术28为导向的数字技术服务和以数字化转型为导向的咨询与解决方案服务，从而满足了客户从研发到应用各环节的信息技术服务需求。公司的数字化运营服务是多层次服务体系的重要组成部分，主要通过数字化技术手段和专业技能帮助客户处理业务运营中的问题、提升运营效率。公司致力于通过自身全面的综合服务能力，充分发挥对数字经济发展的支撑作用，为各领域客户在数字经济时代创造价值，成为数字经济使能者。 公司在全球40余个城市设有近百个分支机构和超过20个全球交付中心，服务超过1,000家国内外客户，其中超过200家客户为世界500强或中国500强企业。公司先后获得工信部“中国软件业务收入前百家企业” 、中国电子信息行业联合会“软件和信息技术服务综合竞争力百强企业” 、中国软件行业协会“中国最具影响力软件和信息服务企业” 、国际外包专业协会（ IAOP ） “ Global Outsourcing 100list Leader Size Group”等奖项荣誉。
