Company Introduction 2010年3月1日，山东电视台、山东电视广告发展总公司、山东齐润影视传媒中心签订《出资协议书》，一致同意出资设立山东广电新媒体有限责任公司。2010年11月26日，山东广电新媒体有限责任公司取得了注册号为370000000002383的《企业法人营业执照》。2018年4月20日，山东广电新媒体有限责任公司更名为山东海看网络科技有限公司(以下简称海看有限)。2019年9月10日，山东省广播电视局出具《山东省广播电视局关于山东海看网络科技有限公司整体变更设立股份有限公司的批复》，原则同意海看有限整体变更设立股份有限公司。2019年11月28日，公司在山东省市场监督管理局完成变更登记，取得统一社会信用代码为9137000056670893XT的《企业法人营业执照》。 公司是文化产业振兴、三网融合、媒体融合政策大背景下诞生的新媒体业务运营商。经山东广播电视台授权，公司独家运营与山东 IPTV 集成播控相关的经营性业务，曾荣获“山东省重点文化企业” 、 “山东省瞪羚企业”等称号。公司以新一代信息技术为支撑，以新媒体视听内容建设为驱动，充分发挥IPTV 清晰流畅、双向交互等特点，持续增强优质文化内容供应，不断提升IPTV 服务水平，扩大 IPTV 的传播力和影响力，力争将 IPTV 打造成文化宣传领域的主力军、主渠道和主阵地。
