Company Introduction 发行人主要从事碳酸酯系列锂离子电池电解液溶剂和高端丙二醇、异丙醇等精细化学品的研发、生产和销售。公司是全球主要的锂离子电池电解液溶剂制造商之一，凭借行业领先的技术、完整的产品线和严格的品质管理，在电解液溶剂行业居于领先地位。公司也是高端丙二醇、异丙醇等产品国内的主要生产商之一，产品在市场上具有较强的竞争力，有力推进我国医药级丙二醇、二丙二醇等产品的进口替代。目前，公司产品已进入国内外主流市场体系。碳酸酯系列锂离子电池电解液溶剂国内主要客户有天赐材料、比亚迪、国泰华荣、杉杉股份等；海外主要客户有中央硝子、韩国天宝、韩国ENCHEM等知名锂电池电解液厂商。其中，天赐材料、国泰华荣、韩国ENCHEM等客户的终端客户为特斯拉、宁德时代、LG、三星SDI及松下等全球范围内知名锂离子电池厂商；丙二醇和异丙醇产品的部分客户为阿克苏诺贝尔、强生、万华化学、爱普股份、倩采及珀莱雅等国内外知名大型化工企业。根据高工锂电统计，在锂电池电解液溶剂产品市场，2020年公司全球的销售市场份额为30%，是全球行业的领先者，后续随着公司锂电池电解液溶剂及配套项目（二期）募投项目实施后，将进一步巩固公司电解液溶剂领先的行业地位；根据卓创资讯，国内丙二醇以工业级为主，国内化工企业中仅中海壳牌、海科新源、陕西化工的丙二醇通过国家药品审评中心批准和备案，并提供医药级丙二醇。公司为国家级高新技术企业，始终坚持以科技创新和品质管理驱动企业发展。公司建立了多个实验室、检测化验分析中心，形成了比较完善的质量控制和产品研发体系。目前公司拥有强大的研发团队和研发实力，截至2022年12月31日，公司拥有已授权专利77项，其中发明专利36项，实用新型专利41项；参与制定了8项国家标准、行业标准和团体标准；2019年，“高纯电池级碳酸二甲酯清洁生产工艺”获得中国石油和化学工业联合会科技成果鉴定，鉴定结论为“该项目对支撑新能源汽车国家战略具有重要意义，核心技术具有知识产权，该成套技术的生产工艺及装备填补了国内空白，处于国内领先水平”。凭借优秀的研发和产品，公司被评为国家专精特新“小巨人”企业、中国精细化工百强企业、省级企业技术中心、山东省“专精特新”中小企业山东省制造业单项冠军企业、山东省工程实验室和锂电材料类“十大年度客户信赖品牌”等。
