| Company Introduction | 公司主要从事中成药及化学药的研发、生产及销售，专注于妇科产品、儿科用药、呼吸系统用药等领域。公司按照GMP要求建立了生产体系，采用以经销模式为主，以直销、电商为辅的销售模式。公司在妇科产品领域深耕多年，米内网数据显示，2017-2021年，核心产品“洁尔阴洗液”在中国城市零售药店妇科炎症中成药领域的市场份额连续排名第一。除妇科外用洗液外，公司还不断开发出软膏、栓剂、泡腾片等剂型以及抑菌洗液等消毒产品，并拟以自主研发、联合研发、购买品种等方式开发妇科内用药系列产品，不断维护并进一步提升公司在国内妇科产品领域的领导地位。在以妇科产品为核心的同时，公司通过发挥品牌优势、销售渠道优势，不断拓展产品外延，积极开发儿科用药、呼吸系统用药，形成覆盖生殖系统、消化系统、呼吸系统及补益类等领域的多元化产品群。公司拥有包括洁尔阴洗液、洁尔阴软膏、洁尔阴泡腾片、山麦健脾口服液、清经胶囊、丹芎通脉颗粒等17个独家品种，且独家品种报告期内的销售收入合计占主营业务收入在50%以上。公司主要产品为OTC药品。自成立以来，公司不断提高终端零售药店覆盖能力，我国2021年零售药店总数接近59万家（数据来源：《2022年度中国医药市场发展蓝皮书》），公司自有团队维护的药店已达6万余家。报告期内，公司业务及经营业绩保持稳步成长，营业收入分别为62,067.02万元、63,416.14万元和67,969.68万元，扣除非经常性损益后归属于母公司股东的净利润分别为7,032.08万元、7,996.77万元和8,455.11万元。2019年至2021年，公司营业收入的年复合增长率为4.65%，扣除非经常性损益后归属于母公司股东净利润年复合增长率为9.65%。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
