Company Introduction 芜湖福赛科技股份有限公司（原名：芜湖福赛科技有限公司）成立于2006年10月，总部位于安徽芜湖，先后在大连、重庆、天津、武汉、佛山、日本、墨西哥、香港、上海等地建立了研发、销售和生产基地。 公司是一家专注于汽车内饰件研发、生产和销售的高新技术企业，是安徽省专精特新中小企业，主要产品包括内饰功能件和装饰件。公司是集产品设计、模具开发制造、部件成型、表面涂装、外观包覆及产品装配于一体的集成化方案提供商，自成立以来，以空调出风口系统、杯托、储物盒、车门内开把手等功能件为主要切入点，逐步拓展装饰件产品，形成了以功能件为主、装饰件为重要发展方向的业务布局。 完善的工艺设备：在生产中，福赛公司坚持运用先进设备和工艺，注塑机全部配置机械手，实现自动上料、自动分剪、自动装箱等先进的注塑工艺，提高了生产效率，降低了制造成本；表面喷涂工艺采用ABB立式机器人喷涂，稳定保持出色的涂装质量并防止过喷，减少原料耗用和浪费，满足高质量、低成本、低排放的要求；产品组装采用全系自动工装生产，提高了装配效率和装配质量，使产品质量稳定。福赛公司始终密切关注和跟踪汽车工业的发展动态，不断地进行技术升级改造，工艺技术和加工、检测设备的先进性。 严谨的质量管理：质量是福赛公司的生命。根植于心的质量意识和严格的管理制度。2007年公司通过了ISO9001质量体系认证；2008年通过了TS16949质量体系认证；2017年通过了IATF16949质量体系认证换证。多年来，“质量是福赛科技的生命”的理念贯穿于产品开发、生产、服务整个业务链，并延伸到供应商体系。严谨的质量管理过程，获得客户信任，2014年通过北京现代“SQ-MARK”审核；2017年通过东风日产“ASES”审核。 雄厚的开发能力：福赛科技在在产品开发能力建设、技术创新等方面开展了大力探索和有益实践。2010年福赛科技成立“技术中心”，经过摸索和实践，具备产品造型、结构构思和计算及数字模型建立的CAD能力、运动摸拟和分析、强度和疲劳分析的CAE能力，逐步完善设计经验知识库。 以人为本：人力资源是支撑公司稳定增长的关键。福赛科技重视员工发展并建立了完整的基于培养、考核和激励的员工综合发展体系，充分调动全体员工的积极性和创造性，不断提高员工满意度。福赛科技的企业文化，渗透于工作、流程、人才发展等各个方面，营造了良好的学习、创新和员工积极参与的氛围，鼓励了员工专注于本职岗位并不断提升专业能力，加强了技术人才队伍建设，为企业和谐发展注入源源不断的动力。
