Company Introduction 公司深耕热管理系统领域多年。在十余年的发展历程中，公司始终秉持恒温电池、绿色续航的发展理念，弘扬持续创新精神，通过研发驱动业务发展。公司前瞻性地开展新能源电池热管理产品业务布局，于2011年启动动力电池热管理系统产品立项，2012年至2015年与宁德时代合作共同开发，2015年以来建立并保持了战略合作关系，2022年在电池液冷板领域独家与宁德时代签订了战略合作协议。公司的电池液冷板产品于2015年得到实车应用验证，2016年即成功配套上汽大众国内首款新能源汽车。同年，公司成为了国内多家主机厂国内首款新能源汽车的动力电池热管理系统的主要供应商，并顺利完成由燃油汽车热管理产品向新能源汽车电池热管理产品的业务转换。随着多年的潜心研究和踏实探索，公司逐渐成长为具备提供移动式热管理（乘用车、运营车）、固定式热管理（储能、移动电源）、特殊式热管理（空中交通、工程机械、船舶）等不同应用场景下的解决方案提供商。 公司积累了丰富、专业的研发设计和生产制造经验，在国内新能源汽车动力电池热管理领域细分市场居于领先，服务T公司、蔚来汽车、小鹏汽车、理想汽车、哪吒汽车、零跑汽车、吉利汽车、长安汽车、广汽集团、长城汽车、上汽荣威、东风日产、奔驰、大众、奇瑞汽车、赛力斯等多家主机厂，近几年启动开发任务并完成PPAP程序交付的产品项目数量超300余项，完成适配车型超200余款。在储能热管理系统方面，公司已成为宁德时代、中创新航、阳光电源等国内排名前列的新能源设备厂商的供应商。 公司目前拥有浙江温州、安徽马鞍山、安徽滁州三处生产基地，超20万平方米生产场地，并规划在四川等地布局生产基地，实现对核心客户的全面配套供应能力。公司及子公司马鞍山纳百川、纳百川（滁州）分别是浙江省科学技术厅和安徽省科学技术厅认定的高新技术企业，建有纳百川汽车热交换系统省级高新技术企业研究开发中心（省级企业研究院），被认定为温州市企业技术研究开发中心和浙江省省级高新技术企业研究开发中心。报告期内，公司连续多年荣获温州市高成长型工业企业和领军工业企业等荣誉称号，2021年被浙江省经济和信息化厅认定为“专精特新”中小企业，2024年被工信部认定为国家级专精特新“小巨人”，马鞍山纳百川被认定为安徽省专精特新中小企业。 公司在技术开发、产品交付、质量控制等多方面获得了上汽大众、蜂巢能源、欣旺达、普莱德等客户的广泛认可，陆续取得宁德时代、中创新航、零跑汽车等客户优秀供应商、优秀伙伴奖等称号，获得中国新能源汽车热管理产业大会组委会颁发的优秀零部件供应商奖等荣誉。公司具有优秀的研发能力，核心设备均系自主研发定制，形成了控温技术、轻量化技术、残值评估技术、设备工艺优化、自动化生产和质量控制优化技术等核心技术体系。截至报告期末，公司拥有20项发明专利、183项实用新型专利。
