Company Introduction 美克国际家居用品股份有限公司（以下简称“美克家居”），经营家居全产业链业务。美克家居依托家具制造业走向国际市场，现已发展成为中国多品牌、多渠道和一体化的国际综合家居消费品的代表性公司。公司拥有规模化、专业化、绿色化的生产园区和入选工信部“互联网+”在工业应用领域十大新锐案例的智能工厂，高效的企业管理平台、实力雄厚的工业设计中心及覆盖全球的销售网络。面向国内优质市场，美克家居致力于成为一家为客户打造高品味、一站式生活方式极致体验的上市公司。公司旗下包含渠道品牌美克·美家、A.R.T.、A.R.T.西区、YVVY、恣在家Zest Home、美克·美家子品牌Rehome、Jonathan Charles、Rowe Fine Furniture、Markor Light等。目前已形成遍布全国近150个城市的近400家零售店面的品牌零售网络。 美克家居前身为美克国际家具股份有限公司，于2000年11月27日在上海证券交易所上市（股票代码600337）。美克国际家具股份有限公司于2014年7月25日完成了工商变更登记相关手续，公司正式更名为“美克国际家居用品股份有限公司”，公司证券简称自2014年8月1日起变更为“美克家居”，证券代码仍为“600337”。 2002年1月，美克家居与控股股东美克投资集团有限公司共同创立美克·美家品牌，并携手美国著名家具品牌伊森艾伦，将国际先进的家居零售模式带到中国。自品牌创立至今，美克·美家始终致力于为消费者提供优质的整体家居服务，打造卓越的客户体验。2013年，美克·美家开启了品牌升级之旅，全面升级带给消费者的家居体验。美克家居坚持国际化发展战略，于2009年拥有了在美国业界有着六十多年历史并广受赞誉的Schnadig公司。2015年4月18日，Schnadig International Corporation（简称 S.I.C.）在美国高点国际家居展会上正式宣布S.I.C.公司更名为Caracole，其旗下品牌Caracole作为品类品牌已进驻中国市场。2010年，美克家居在美国收购了A.R.T.品牌，建立国际营销渠道，拓展国外市场，并为国内零售品牌提供研发设计支持。2017年，美克家居全资子公司美克国际事业贸易公司控股了越南高端家具和装饰品制造知名企业 VFR（Jonathan Charles）司，并拥有了美国有着超过 70 年历史的高端定制沙发品牌 Rowe Fine Furniture公司。 为更好支持多品牌战略，发挥垂直一体化优势，美克家居于2012年正式启动了美克家居智能制造（MC+FA）项目，该项目的核心是通过供应端制造能力的升级，提升家居市场端大规模定制商业模式发展趋势下的柔性、个性化的产品交付能力，力求打造消费者端到工厂端“互联网+工业”的智能模式，充分运用互联网及云计算技术，实现消费者端个性化定制需求的快速响应。该项目践行了国家提出的从“中国制造”向“中国智造”的转型升级，为中国传统制造业树立榜样。 美克家居向来以聚焦、专注和创新见称，无论在国际和国内市场，均秉持精益求精的原则，致力创设更高的战略目标。 在产业转型升级、消费升级、打造品牌经济的背景下，美克家居自2012年起，历时5年，在2015年创立的实木家具智能制造工厂基础上，创新家具业的大规模定制及智能制造，并基于未来消费设计的专业垂直平台，不断摸索确定了C2M（顾客对工厂）商业模式，个性化定制品牌恣在家Zest Home应运而生。2017年11月1日C2M创新商业模式暨在线定制品牌恣在家Zest Home 品牌发布会在北京水立方隆重举行。
