Company Introduction 通化东宝药业股份有限公司始建于1985年，是集药品研发、生产及销售为一体的国内著名药品生产企业，主要研发中成药、化学药及生物制品，主要产品有镇脑宁胶囊、东宝甘泰片、重组人胰岛素－－“甘舒霖”、甘精胰岛素－－“平舒霖”、门冬胰岛素－－“锐舒霖”等系列产品。1994年8月，公司在上交所挂牌上市。 多年来，公司以“坚持自主创新，创造世界品牌”为发展理念，组建科技研发团队，致力于糖尿病等治疗领域药物的研发。1998年，成功研制出我国第一支重组人胰岛素－－“甘舒霖”，不仅填补了国内空白，而且使我国成为世界上继美国、丹麦之后，第三个能生产重组人胰岛素的国家，改变了我国重组人胰岛素长期依赖国外进口的局面，该项成果荣获国家科技进步二等奖，入选“98中国十大科技进展新闻”之一。公司先后荣获国家技术创新示范企业、国家高新技术企业等称号，“东宝”和“甘舒霖”商标分别于2002年和2013年被认定为中国驰名商标。 2008年6月完成了年产3000公斤重组人胰岛素原料药技术成果的转化，成为国内第一家通过欧盟cGMP认证的生物制药企业。2011年，公司开启第三代胰岛素的研发。2012年，投资建设了年产1.26亿支重组人胰岛素注射液三期工程。2014年，投资建设了甘精胰岛素、门冬胰岛素生产线。2016年，开始投资建设东宝生物医药产业园，园区包括：通化东宝药物研究院及质量检测中心、德谷胰岛素、利拉鲁肽原料药及注射液生产基地、污水处理站、乙腈回收车间等，通化东宝药物研究院已经于2021年3月正式投入使用。 目前，公司的第三代胰岛素－－甘精胰岛素已于2020年2月投放市场，门冬胰岛素也在2021年12月上市。口服降糖药“磷酸西格列汀片”于2021年8月获得药品注册证书，“西格列汀二甲双胍片”于2021年10月获得药品注册证书，瑞格列奈片于2021年6月获得报产受理通知书。同时，公司注重与世界接轨，与法国阿多西亚公司合作共同推进第四代胰岛素－－超速效赖脯胰岛素的研发。2020年11月，收到了国家药品监督管理局核准签发的药物临床试验批准通知书。2021年10月，平行开展I期和III期临床试验申请获批，该产品是我国第一个获得临床许可进入临床试验阶段的四代胰岛素，并于2022年5月中国临床III期试验首例受试者入组。可溶性甘精赖脯双胰岛素注射液，于2022年3月获得国内临床试验申请批准通知书，于2022年4月德国I期临床试验申请获得批准，该注射液属于目前唯一能将长效甘精胰岛素和速效赖脯胰岛素成功组合的复方制剂。公司于2020年初启动了甘精胰岛素和门冬胰岛素在欧盟及发展中国家的注册认证工作。 公司现有五个全球一类创新药，即三款糖尿病治疗领域及两款痛风治疗领域的创新药，其中全球首个SGLT1/SGLT2/DPP4三靶点抑制剂已于2022年2月中国Ⅰ期临床试验首例受试者入组；痛风/高尿酸血症一类新药URAT1抑制剂（THDBH130片）于2021年12月获得临床批准，2022年4月中国临床I期试验首例受试者入组，这将为公司的创新发展注入强大动力。 未来，公司将继续秉承“坚持自主创新，创造世界品牌”的发展理念，以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引，抢抓国家鼓励创新药、生物药的有利时机，以科技创新为驱动，不断提高生物制药的研发能力，加快技术成果转化步伐，为人类的健康事业作出新的、更大的贡献。
