Company Introduction 1994年3月28日，凯盛新能源股份有限公司(以下简称本公司)由中国洛阳浮法玻璃集团有限责任公司(简称洛玻集团公司)发起创立，1994年4月6日注册成立。洛玻集团公司的前身是创建于1956年的洛阳玻璃厂，是我国“一五”期间兴建的156个国家重点项目之一。国内第一条浮法玻璃生产线于1971年在这里诞生，1981年该浮法工艺被中国科学技术委员会命名为“洛阳浮法玻璃”工艺，与英国的皮尔金顿浮法、美国皮兹堡浮法并称世界三大浮法玻璃工艺。1994年7月8日，本公司H股在香港联合交易所上市，1995年10月31日本公司A股在上海证券交易所上市。2007年4月，中国建材集团成为公司的实际控制人；2023年2月16日公司完成更名事项公告和工商变更登记手续，由洛阳玻璃股份有限公司正式更名为凯盛新能源股份有限公司。 本公司目前拥有七个生产基地，三家托管公司，资产规模近百亿，年收入超过50亿元。 生产基地分布在安徽、江苏、河北、四川、福建、河南六省七市，分别是：中建材（合肥）新能源有限公司、中国建材桐城新能源材料有限公司、中建材（宜兴）新能源有限公司、秦皇岛北方玻璃有限公司、凯盛（自贡）新能源有限公司、凯盛（漳州）新能源有限公司、中建材（洛阳）新能源有限公司。 托管公司三家，分别是凯盛玻璃控股有限公司、安徽盛世新材料科技有限公司、江苏光年新材料有限公司。 本公司是新能源玻璃的生产企业，主要从事新能源玻璃等玻璃新材料的生产和销售、技术服务，在超薄光伏玻璃生产技术上处于重要地位。公司具备批量生产1.4-6mm新能源玻璃及其它特种玻璃的能力。本公司先后荣获“国家浮法玻璃质量奖—银质奖”、“金质发明奖”、“弛名商标”、“国家科学技术进步一等奖”。
