| Company Introduction | 本公司的前身二重集团（德阳）重型装备有限责任公司，系经国家经济贸易委员会批准，由中国第二重型机械集团公司与中国华融资产管理公司、中国信达资产管理公司实施债转股方案在2001年12月30日共同出资组建而成。2007年9月25日整体变更为二重集团（德阳）重型装备股份有限公司，并领取了四川省德阳市工商行政管理局核发的《企业法人营业执照》，注册号为510600000001048。现持有统一社会信用代码为91510600735892505H的营业执照。 公司主要服务于国内外重大技术装备以及基础设施建设等领域，主要业务包括大型冶金成套装备、清洁能源装备、重型石化容器、大型铸锻件等重大技术装备的研发与制造，国内外冶金、矿山、港口、交通基础设施、输变电工程、水务、环保等工程的设计和总承包，以及带资运营、进出口贸易、工程服务等业务。多年来，为国内外冶金、矿山、能源、交通、石油化工等行业提供了大量重大技术装备和工程承包服务，在国内以及东南亚、南亚等国家和地区有较强的影响力。 公司主要经营模式为按照客户特定需求，进行个性化的设计和组织生产定制，所提供的产品和服务针对性强、专用性突出；同时利用行业优势开展国内外工程项目总承包业务。公司一方面通过加大客户走访、扩展信息收集渠道、精心开展项目策划、强化内部管理确保按期交货等一系列措施，积极争取市场订单，积极促成了一批重点、重大项目的成功落地，稳固和提升传统产品市场份额。先后签订了多项冶金成套设备、热模锻压力机设备、核电装备、大型石化加氢反应器、大型电站铸锻件等项目的合同。另一方面以新产品研发立项计划为依托，积极开拓新产品、新领域，拓宽主营业务市场领域，粉煤热解成套装备、智能化模锻压机设备、连铸云技术等多个研发项目取得实质性突破，为产品结构调整和转型升级提供了条件。第三，公司在巩固国内市场的同时，重点布局“一带一路”沿线相关国家和地区，促成相关产品的出口和工程承包项目的落地，先后签约了一批输变电、矿山、电站等重大基础建设项目，促进了公司工程承包业务和国际贸易业务的持续增长。 从行业环境情况来看，当前，我国以供给侧结构性改革为主线，建设现代化经济体系，推动我国经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段，互联网+、中国制造“2025”、创新驱动战略等一系列重大政策的出台，中国制造将向“智能化、网络化、绿色化、服务化”和高附加值的方向发展。这给装备制造业的发展指明了方向，与企业主导产品和服务相关的冶金、锻压、能源、智能制造等行业的升级改造将迎来新一轮投资机会。从2017年起，机械工业触底回升明显，虽然总体上产能供大于求、市场过度竞争的局面没有改变，固定资产投资仍然低迷、低位徘徊，能源、原材料、投资需求不足的状况也依然存在，但行业企业增长有所改善，增加值增速逐月小幅回升。多数产品产量包括重机行业的冶金、矿山、输送等出现较大增长。在国际市场方面，随着国家“一带一路”战略的持续推进，与相关国家合作持续深化，一批重大工程示范效应的逐步显现，为国内企业获得更多的工程项目和扩大重大技术装备的出口创造了条件。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
