Company Introduction 本公司设立时实际从事的主要业务为进行土地一级开发与经营、房地产开发与经营、物业管理、项目管理、酒店的经营管理、咨询服务、产业与基础设施的开发;投资、举办企业;国家允许进行的其他业务活动。 作为中新两国政府间最大合作项目之一的载体和苏州工业园区的开发主体,本公司以“筑中国梦想、建新型园区”为己任,确立了以园区开发运营为主体板块,以载体配套和绿色公用为两翼支撑板块,通过板块联动、资源集聚,实现高水平产城融合的“一体两翼”协同发展格局。本公司及控股子公司围绕园区开发运营这一主营业务,开展土地一级开发、房地产开发与经营(长租公寓、工业厂房、商业租赁)、绿色公用和多元化服务等。截至本招股意向书签署之日,发行人已处置完毕原有的住宅及商业项目资产。发行人自设立以来主营业务没有发生重大变化。
