| Company Introduction | 会稽山绍兴酒股份有限公司是中国黄酒业中少数集"中国驰名商标"、"中华老字号"、"国家地理标志保护产品"三大荣誉于一身的企业之一.公司主营黄酒的生产、销售和研发.公司主要产品为黄酒.公司生产的绍兴黄酒系列是国家地理(原产地域)标志保护产品。 会稽山是中国黄酒业中少数集“中国驰名商标”、“中华老字号”、“国家地理标志保护产品”三大荣誉于一身的企业之一。1915年，本公司前身云集酒坊生产的绍兴黄酒与贵州茅台同获巴拿马太平洋万国博览会金奖，绍兴黄酒从此名扬海内外。1998年，会稽山牌绍兴酒被北京人民大会堂指定为国宴专用黄酒。自创始以来，会稽山一直重视高品质生产黄酒。 可追溯至1743年的会稽山，历经270多年的持续生产，已成为专注酿造黄酒的“专家”。会稽山“绍兴黄酒酿制技艺”已被列入国家级非物质文化遗产生产性传承基地。绍兴黄酒界“泰斗”、被誉为“活酒仙”的王阿牛曾任公司书记，是国家非物质文化遗产项目“绍兴黄酒酿制技艺”迄今为止唯一的国家级传承人代表。公司目前拥有国家级黄酒评委5人，具备国家级黄酒评委资格2人，黄酒酿造专家35人。依据浙江省科委和浙江省保密局联合下发的浙科成发（96）231号文，经国家保密局等单位核准，会稽山“传统绍兴酒酿造工艺及配方”被列为国家秘密技术项目。 会稽山的黄酒研究院是浙江省企业技术中心，研究水平处于行业领先地位。公司拥有多位国家级酒类专家、评委，也是参与制定《黄酒国家标准》、《绍兴黄酒国家标准》的少数企业之一。 公司的黄酒研究院设有新产品研发部、酿酒技术研究所、微量成份检测室、检测中心、微生物实验室和标准计量室等机构和部门。黄酒研究院获得部、省、市、县科技进步奖等各类奖项11项，获全国、省、市级QC成果奖20项。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
