Company Introduction 平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司(以下简称“本公司”或“公司”)系经国家经济体制改革委员会《关于同意设立平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司的批复》（体改生〔1998〕29号）的批准，以原平顶山煤业(集团)有限责任公司(以下简称“原平煤集团”)为重组主体，联合河南省平顶山市中原(集团)有限公司(以下简称“河南中原”)、河南省平禹铁路有限责任公司(以下简称“平禹铁路”)、平顶山煤业(集团)公司朝川矿(原“河南省朝川矿务局”，以下简称“朝川矿”)、平顶山制革厂(以下简称“制革厂”)及中煤国际工程集团平顶山选煤设计研究院(原“煤炭工业部选煤设计研究院”，以下简称“设计院”)(以下总称“发起人”)发起设立，并于1998年3月17日经河南省工商行政管理局批准注册成立的股份有限公司。 平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司是一家主要经营煤炭开采、煤炭洗选和煤炭销售的公司.公司的主要产品包括混煤、冶炼精煤等。
