Company Introduction 航运业是招商局的祖业和主业。轮船招商局创立于1872年洋务运动时期，组建了中国近代第一支商船队，是中国近代民族航运业的开创者。 招商局能源运输股份有限公司（简称招商轮船）拥有世界一流的超大型油轮（VLCC）和超大型矿砂船（VLOC）船队，国内领先的液化天然气（LNG）船队和滚装（RORO）船队，以及亚太一流的集装箱船队，运力规模在全球非金融船东中位居前列。 招商轮船（股票代码：601872.SH）于2006年12月在上海证券交易所上市，甫上市即跻身主要成份股指数，是中国资本市场的蓝筹股之一。公司主营业务涵盖油品运输、气体运输、干散货运输、滚装运输和集装箱运输，致力于构建“油气散车集新管网”全业态航运业务新格局。公司目前运营管理船舶350多艘，运力规模位居全球前列，其中VLCC和VLOC船队规模全球领先，LNG新型船规模居全球前列，滚装运输船队国内领先，年汽车运输能力超百万辆，集装箱运输船队服务网络覆盖中国沿海及亚太地区主要港口。 招商轮船以绿色低碳、数智化创新、船员管理和全球化服务网络为特色，持续推动行业高质量发展，致力于为客户提供安全、高效、环保的航运服务。 智能航运绿色低碳招商轮船积极布局智能化和绿色低碳技术，推进船岸一体化的数智化研发，挖掘船舶运行大数据价值，开发船舶营运可视化平台，助力船队实现更安全、高效、环保的运营管理。 智能船舶里程碑：2018年，全球首艘智能VLOC明远轮（PACIFICVISION）获得DNVGL和CCS双重智能认证，标志着招商轮船迈入智能航运新时代。2019年，全球首艘智能VLCC凯征轮（NEWJOURNEY）扬帆远航，开启超大型油轮智能航运新篇章。2022年，全球首艘双翼动力风帆VLCC新伊敦轮下水，其综合节能7.4%以上，年均碳排放减少2,200吨以上，综合性能指标达到世界一流水平。 数智化碳管理：2023年，招商轮船推出“船奇碳智”平台，是国内外首个综合性数智化碳排放管理平台，实现船舶碳资产数据的采集、监察、智能应用和可视化呈现，助力绿色航运产业链创新。 电子提单平台：2024年，“丝路云链”电子提单平台（BRITCeBLPlatform）获国际保赔协会集团（IGP&I）认证，电子海运提单纳入承保范围，标志着平台进入商业化应用新阶段。 招商轮船以建设具有核心竞争力的世界一流航运企业为目标，通过严格的安全管理、特色的船队建设、资本市场的高效运作以及智能航运的创新实践，持续为客户提供卓越的航运服务。招商轮船将秉承“为每一次信赖远航”的承诺，以招商智慧塑造航运信赖，为全球航运事业贡献力量。
