Company Introduction 2009年7月15日，德邦控股与崔维星签订《发起人协议》，约定共同发起设立本公司，注册资本为人民币5,000万元，发起人将以货币出资的方式分期进行缴纳。公司股份总数为5,000万股。其中，德邦控股认购4,650万股，持股比例为93%；崔维星以自有资金认购350万股，持股比例为7%。双方应于2009年7月28日前以货币认购的方式认购全部股份的20%，其余部分由双方在营业执照签发之日起两年内以货币方式认购完毕。7月29日，上海铭瑞会计师事务所有限公司出具铭会内验字[2009]第061号《验资报告》，对德邦股份的发起人德邦控股和崔维星的首次出资进行了审验。2013年3月，致同会计师出具致同专字（2013）第320ZA0005号验资复核报告，认为上述验资情况与公司实际收到的各股东实际出资情况相符。7月30日，本公司召开创立大会暨第一次股东大会，并通过决议由德邦控股与崔维星共同发起设立本公司。2009年8月6日，上海市工商行政管理局向德邦股份颁发了注册号为310000000096530号的《企业法人营业执照》，德邦股份正式设立。 公司是国内领先的公路快运与快递服务提供商，是国家AAAAA级物流企业，为客户提供全国范围内的公路快运与快递及相关增值业务服务。截至2017年9月30日，本公司及下属全资子公司在全国32个省、市、自治区的315个城市共拥有营业网点5,243个（不含事业合伙人网点），拥有各型运输车辆10,528台（仅考虑长途车车头而不考虑半挂车的计算口径），在北京、上海、广州、武汉、成都、郑州等各区域中心城市有127处分拨中心，进行24小时的货物运输服务。 公司一直致力于为我国中小企业提供高品质的公路快运与快递服务，目前客户类型主要为各类工业及贸易企业。公司主要产品线包括公路快运业务、快递业务和其他业务，其他业务主要包括仓储供应链业务、航空货运代理业务、小额贷款和保理业务及其他物流相关业务。
