| Company Introduction | 1993年2月25日，重庆市北碚区老龄工作委员会出具《关于同意开办重庆北碚鑫鑫机械厂的批复》（碚老发[1993]16号），同意开办鑫鑫机械厂，企业性质为具有法人资格的老年集体福利企业，归口由北碚区老龄委领导。1994年6月，艾纯以人民币4万元的价格向肖柏权购买鑫鑫机械厂的全部出资权益。艾纯与肖柏权未就上述股权转让签署转让协议，但相关股权转让价款已结清。2000年3月13日，重庆市北碚区老龄工作委员会出具《关于企业改制的通知》，同意鑫鑫机械厂由集体经济性质改制为私营企业或股份制企业。2004年5月18日，神驰有限完成注册并取得重庆市工商行政管理局核发的《企业法人营业执照》，注册资本为600万元。经过数股权转让及增资，2012年11月23日，神驰有限召开股东会，以神驰有限全体股东作为发起人，并以神驰有限截至2012年9月30日经审计的净资产值18,770.82万元为基准，按1:0.5327的比例折为股本10,000万股，其余8,770.82万元计入资本公积，整体变更设立股份有限公司。2012年12月25日，公司在重庆市工商行政管理局办理完毕工商变更登记手续，领取了注册号为500109000005763《企业法人营业执照》，公司注册资本为10,000万元，公司更名为神驰机电股份有限公司。 公司主要从事小型发电机、通用汽油机以及终端类产品的研发、制造和销售。小型发电机、通用汽油机主要用于配套终端类产品。终端类产品以通用汽油发电机组、数码变频发电机组、高压清洗机等为主，公司是国内少数已形成从核心部件到终端类产品的完整产业链的生产企业。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
