Company Introduction 公司主营业务为各类耐高温绝缘云母制品的研发、生产和销售。经过多年的技术创新、产品开发及市场开拓，目前，公司在新能源汽车、小家电、电线电缆等下游应用行业均积累了广泛的客户资源，产品已通过美国UL、FDA、德国TüV以及欧盟的RoHS、PAHs、REACH等标准检测。 新能源汽车行业是耐高温绝缘云母材料应用的新兴领域，作为较早进入该领域的领先企业，公司紧密贴合产业需求，在材料配方、产品设计、制造工艺等方面进行了自主创新，产品具有很强的竞争优势，在全球知名新能源汽车品牌的电池电芯、电池模组、电池包及整车的热失控防护系统中得到了广泛使用。公司主要客户包括特斯拉、大众、宝马、奔驰、沃尔沃、上汽集团、一汽集团等全球或国内知名汽车厂商及全球动力电池龙头企业宁德时代。截至本招股意向书签署日，公司为特斯拉、大众、宝马、沃尔沃新能源汽车热失控防护绝缘件主要供应商。公司被沃尔沃评选为“2021年度最佳供应商”，2022年被沃尔沃授予“质量卓越奖”。 在下游小家电及电线电缆行业，公司产品也获得了广泛的认可，知名家电企业美的、松下和全球电线电缆龙头企业耐克森等众多知名制造商均为公司客户。 公司目前已设立省级企业研究院、省级高新研发中心等多个创新平台，并先后承担了多项省级、市级重点研究项目和重点高新技术产品的开发工作，通过了IATF16949、ISO9001、ISO14001和ISO45001等管理体系认证，通过了国家知识产权管理体系（GB/T29490-2013）认证和两化融合管理体系（GB/T23001-2017）评定，主持或参与了多项国家、行业及团体标准的起草修订工作。 2021年，公司被工信部认定为第三批专精特新“小巨人”企业；2021年7月，公司新能源汽车热失控防护绝缘件产品通过了浙江制造“品”字标认证；2021年12月，公司入选嘉兴市经济和信息化局公布的“绿色工厂”名单；2022年1月，公司被嘉兴市经济和信息化局评选为2021年度“嘉兴市十大优秀中小企业”；2022年1月，公司“Glorymica”商标被浙江省商务厅认定为“浙江出口名牌”；2022年3月，公司产品“新能源汽车用硬质金云母板”入选浙江省经济和信息化厅公布的2021年度“浙江制造精品”名单。
