金徽矿业股份有限公司是一家集铅、锌、银等矿产资源勘查、开采、加工为一体的矿山企业，主要产品包括锌精矿、铅精矿（含银）等。2022年2月22日，成功登陆上海证券交易所主板，股票简称：金徽股份，股票代码：603132,成为有色金属采选第24家上市企业。金徽股份拥有的矿权包括：五宗采矿权，分别是徽县郭家沟铅锌矿采矿权、徽县郭家沟南矿带北矿带东段铅锌矿采矿权、徽县谢家沟铅锌矿采矿权、徽县向阳山铅锌矿采矿权、徽县洛坝铅锌矿南侧空白区采矿权。四宗探矿权，分别是徽县郭家沟铅锌矿详查探矿权、江口一带铅锌矿详查探矿权、火麦地铜矿详查探矿权、徽县东坡铅锌矿普查探矿权。五处选矿厂及配套尾矿库，分别是郭家沟铅锌浮选厂、谢家沟铅锌浮选厂、明昊铅锌浮选厂、宏泰铅锌浮选厂、隆江铅锌浮选厂及配套尾矿库。随着矿产资源勘查开发工作的深入推进，金徽股份年综合生产能力有了大幅提升，后备资源储量得到充分保障，实现跨越式发展已迈向新征程。从探矿开始，金徽股份与中国地质大学等多所知名院校开展技术合作，在自拥有的探矿权范围内开展深部风险探矿，发现了大型铅锌矿床，取得了近二十年来业内铅锌探矿的重大突破，被省政府列为全省加快矿产资源勘查开发转化的首个重点项目。建设前期，公司组织开发设计团队，历时一年多，先后到国内外多家矿山企业和设备制造企业考察学习，在借鉴先进经验的基础上，确立了“中国领先、世界一流的生态型、安全型、环保型、旅游型、数字化”绿色矿山建设目标。建成后，公司遵循“理念引领、科技创新、绿色高效、和谐共赢”的企业宗旨，注重生态环保，安全管理，科技创新,关爱员工，始终坚持“不安全不生产、不环保不生产”的原则，促进科技研发，提升员工幸福感，积极履行社会责任，助力美丽乡村振兴，努力实现经济、社会和生态效益共赢。公司先后被评为“全国首批绿色工厂”“国家级绿色矿山”“国家高新技术企业”；被授予“全国模范职工之家”“全国铅锌行业规范企业”“中国产学研合作创新示范企业”；探矿成果先后荣获全国“十大地质找矿成果”奖，第七届中国有色金属地质找矿成果一等奖。被自然资源部列为“找矿突破战略行动优秀成果”，被自然资源部树立为全国绿色矿山典范；被中国矿业报誉为“中国绿色第一矿”。金徽股份将继续践行生态文明理念，凭借自身资源优势和人才优势，继续深耕矿业行业，踔厉奋发，勇毅前行，做大做强，为矿业经济高质量发展做出更大贡献。
