Company Introduction 公司自成立以来一直专注于民用涤纶长丝领域，是国内年产能百万吨级以上最专业的涤纶长丝生产企业之一。公司拥有10套熔体直纺生产线。2015年度公司实现涤纶长丝产量211.17万吨、主营业务收入136.61亿元。按2015年度产量计，公司位居国内民用涤纶长丝行业第二位，综合实力较强。公司生产设备先进、自动化程度高、工艺技术稳定、生产能耗较低、成本控制严格。公司聚酯设备采用当今国际先进的杜邦工艺—美国康泰斯技术及装备、纺丝设备主要采用德国巴马格技术及装备、丝饼搬运和产品包装主要采用智能化控制的自动落筒和自动包装设备，工艺上采用三釜聚合工艺、酯化蒸汽能量利用、酯化加压反应、在线清洗、纺丝环吹、Wings卷绕和废水、废气再利用技术等一系列改善产品品质、降低能耗的技术，使公司的生产效率、产品品质得到进一步优化和提升，主营业务毛利率高于行业的平均水平。公司具有较高的科技水平，具有较强的自主研发和创新能力，目前共拥有发明专利13项、实用新型专利85项，另有多项非专利核心技术。自成立以来，公司始终把技术创新放在首要位置，拥有的“企业研究院”被认定为省级高新技术研究开发中心，子公司中辰化纤于2013年被认定为高新技术企业，公司还被中国化学纤维工业协会认定为中国低碳环保功能性长丝制造基地，并分别与东华大学、浙江理工大学、嘉兴学院、浙江纺织服装科技有限公司等单位以及中国工程院院士等相关技术专家建立了长期技术合作伙伴关系。公司信誉良好，产品质量优良，经过十五年的发展，公司和公司生产的产品已在涤纶长丝客户群中建立了良好的口碑。公司的涤纶长丝于2007年12月被评为国家免检产品。公司拥有的“凤鸣”（桐乡因梧桐而得名，古时也称凤鸣）商标被浙江省工商局认定为浙江省著名商标。公司曾荣获全国五一劳动奖状、浙江省级文明单位，并连续多年跻身浙江省百强民营企业、浙江省制造业百强企业，2016年公司位居“中国民营企业500强”第338位。
