| Company Introduction | 苏州农商银行是总部位于苏州市吴江区的地方法人金融机构，是“苏州人民自己的银行”。目前全行股本总额18.03亿元，拥有94家营业网点，2022年末，全行表内外总资产2294亿元（其中表内资产1808亿元），各项存款余额1398亿元，各项贷款余额1090亿元，在吴江区的存贷款市场份额遥居榜首（分别为28、15%），实现营业收入40亿元，净利润15亿元，不良率降至0.95%；2022年缴税金额5.5亿元，荣获吴江区十大纳税企业，连续2年获评苏州市生产性服务业领军企业。 苏州农商银行是农村金融改革的领航者。1996年与农行“分门”独立运作，2004年改制组建吴江农商银行，是全国第四家农商银行，也是银监会成立后，在新监管框架下批准开业的首家农商银行。2007年开始跨区域经营，在苏州以外的异地，设立1家分行、13家支行，作为主起人发起设立两家村镇银行，投资入股江苏射阳、东台、如皋、启东四家农商银行。2016年在上海证券交易所上市，是全国第四家A股上市农商银行，2019年更名为苏州农商银行，2022年东太湖新总部正式启用。自2020年下半年以来，我行明确“重整行装，再燃激情，力争五年再造一个苏农银行”、打造成为“走在行业前列的标杆银行、社会倍加认可的价值银行、员工更多获得的幸福银行”两大目标，开启了全行高质量发展的新篇章。 2023年，全行将牢牢把握党的二十大精神主线，逐项落实中央经济工作会议部署，一丝不苟按照市、区两级政府和各级监管部门工作要求，守住风险底线，积极改革创新，统筹发展安全，以“四敢”精神，加快打造“三个银行”，以优异成绩做好新时代的“赶考人”！ | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
