Company Introduction 公司为高新技术企业、农药定点生产企业、中国农药工业协会的副会长单位以及中国农药发展与应用协会的常务理事单位。设立以来，公司始终坚持“丰山农药保农业丰收”的责任理念，积极践行“责任关怀”的管理理念，形成了完整的农药研发、生产与销售体系，实现了“原药+制剂+中间体”的协同发展，主要产品为氟乐灵、精喹禾灵、烟嘧磺隆、毒死蜱等四大系列产品。经过长期的发展积累，公司在环境保护、安全生产、技术创新、生产规模、市场占有率等方面已处于行业先进水平。 在环境保护和安全生产方面，公司始终坚持“环保先行，安全第一”的发展方针，不断加强内部运营管理，率先通过环境管理体系ISO14001：2004、职业健康安全管理体系OHSAS18001：2007、质量管理体系ISO9001：2008等体系认证，并先后荣获了“江苏省环境保护先进企业”、“江苏省安全生产先进单位”、“江苏省安全文化示范企业”、“安全标准化二级达标企业”等多项荣誉。 在技术创新方面，作为高新技术企业，公司坚持走“科技兴企”之路，专注于高效、低毒、安全、环保型农药产品的研发和应用，持续改进合成工艺和剂型加工技术，不断加大研发投入，全面提升技术创新水平。公司先后建成江苏省企业技术中心、江苏省（丰山）手性农药工程技术中心和院士工作站等研发平台。通过技术创新，公司获授权发明专利9项，氟乐灵原药和精喹禾灵原药先后被认定为国家重点新产品，14个产品先后被认定为江苏省高新技术产品。 在生产规模方面，公司已具备年生产合成原药近2万吨，加工、复配制剂2万吨的生产能力，整体经营规模位居行业前列。未来，公司将充分利用现有产品成熟的工艺技术，并不断加大技术研发投入和设备投入，进一步降低成本和扩大生产规模；同时以募集资金投资项目建设为契机，进一步改进公司原药与制剂产品的生产工艺，并加大产品的应用技术研究，有序推进新产品的研发，优化公司的产品结构。 在市场推广方面，公司始终坚持“丰山商道，诚赢天下”的经营理念，视市场和信誉为根本，2005年“丰山”商标被国家工商行政管理总局认定为“中国驰名商标”。公司先后荣获“全国守合同重信用企业”、“2015年度江苏省信用管理示范企业”、“企业信用评价AAA级信用企业”。凭借诚实守信的营销理念和现代化的营销手段，“丰山农药”已广销国内多个省、市、自治区，并已远销世界其他国家和地区。根据中国农药工业协会发布的2015-2017年中国农药销售百强企业榜单，公司排名分别为第31位、第34位及第35位，竞争地位处于农化行业的前列。
