| Company Introduction | 2002年4月24日，福州市人民政府下发《福州市人民政府关于同意成立福州市洋里污水处理厂的批复》（榕政综[2002]80号），同意成立福州市洋里污水处理厂，该厂为全民所有制企业单位，隶属于福州市建设局。 2002年7月5日，福州市洋里污水处理厂在福州市工商行政管理局办理了设立登记手续，领取了《企业法人营业执照》，注册资金为39,752万元。 公司的经营范围为“污水处理及其再生利用；对污水厂及污水收集、处理、排放设施的投资、建设、管理、维护；给排水工程的咨询、设计；设备销售安装；污水处理、污泥处理的研发、开发、技术转让；城市污水处理作业人员的培训考核鉴定工作；水污染治理；固体废物治理及发电（不含危险废物处理）。” 公司主要提供市政生活污水处理服务，在特许经营区域范围内负责市政生活污水处理设施的投资、运营、管理及维护。 本公司系由福州水务、瑞力投资、联新投资、北控中科成及福州市投资公司共同作为发起人，以截至2014年1月31日经信永中和“XYZH/2013FZA1020-1号”《审计报告》审计确认的净资产人民币655,755,699.58元中的33,750万元按1:1的比例折为股份有限公司33,750万股（每股面值为人民币1元），余额转为资本公积，整体变更设立的股份有限公司。2014年5月28日，公司在福州市工商局办理了工商变更登记手续，并领取了股份有限公司的《营业执照》。 2014年4月30日，海环有限召开股东会，公司的全体股东一致同意将海环有限整体变更为股份有限公司，本公司的名称变更为“福建海峡环保集团股份有限公司”，以截至2014年1月31日经信永中和“XYZH/2013FZA1020-1号”《审计报告》审计确认的净资产人民币655,755,699.58元中的33,750万元按1:1的比例折为股份有限公司33,750万股（每股面值为人民币1元），余额转为资本公积，各股东原有股权比例不变。 公司自成立以来，一直致力于城市生活污水处理业务，主要在特许经营区域范围内独家从事市政生活污水处理厂的投资、运营、管理及维护，积累了丰富的污水处理行业投资、运营与管理经验，是福建区域污水处理行业领先企业。根据公司及子公司与地方政府主管部门签订的特许经营协议，公司现拥有福州市中心城区（包括鼓楼区、台江区、仓山区、晋安区）的独家污水处理经营权；并拥有福州下辖永泰县、闽侯县（城区、青口汽车工业开发区、青口新区）、琅岐经济开发区、闽清县（白金工业区、梅溪新城区）的污水处理特许经营权，以及红庙岭垃圾渗滤液处理业务的特许经营权。目前，公司已建成并运营的污水处理设施污水处理能力达到约79万立方米/日，垃圾渗沥液处理能力达到约1,500立方米/日。公司及下属分子公司凭借着科学的管理、优质的运营服务以及良好的质量控制水平，先后获得“全国减排先进集体”、“全国城镇污水处理厂绩效达标竞赛优秀达标单位”、“中国水业最具社会责任投资运营企业”、“中国水业最具投资价值企业”、“全省城市市政公用事业企事业‘一先两优’先进企业”、“福建省主要污染物总量减排先进企业”等荣誉。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
