Company Introduction 公司前身为建德市新化化工有限责任公司，始建于1967年（原浙江省建德市新安江化肥厂），公司主要从事脂肪胺、有机溶剂、香料香精、双氧水及其他精细化工产品的生产经营和销售。 1997年9月24日，建德市工商局核发新的企业法人营业执照（注册号：14398227-5），建德市新化化工有限责任公司成立，名称为“建德市新化化工有限责任公司”。 2008年3月18日，新化有限召开股东会并通过如下决议：同意以公司现有6名股东作为发起人整体变更设立股份有限公司，浙江新化化工股份有限公司设立后，原公司的债权债务由股份有限公司承担。 2008年3月18日，新化有限全体股东签署《关于变更设立浙江新化化工股份有限公司的协议书》。2008年6月6日，新化股份召开创立大会并通过决议。2008年6月6日，公司发起人签署浙江新化化工股份有限公司章程。 2008年6月16日，浙江省工商局核发新的企业法人营业执照（注册号：330182000007549），新化股份设立。 公司主要从事脂肪胺、有机溶剂、香料香精、双氧水及其他精细化工产品的生产经营和销售。公司现有的主导产品为脂肪胺系列、有机溶剂系列和以松节油为原料的合成香料香精系列。公司现建有浙江省科技厅认定的新化高级胺省级高新技术研究开发中心和浙江省经贸委认定的浙江省企业技术中心，有着较强的产品研发能力，企业技术中心先后开发成功正丙胺、正丁胺、正庚胺、正戊胺、正辛胺、3-戊胺、苄胺、多乙烯多胺、哌嗪等脂肪胺系列产品，以及环氧蒎烷、檀香208、新铃兰醛、龙脑烯醛等香料系列产品。
