Company Introduction 昆山龙腾光电有限公司成立于2005年7月12日，系由昆山经济技术开发区资产经营有限公司（系国创集团的前身）与InfoVision Optoelectronics Holdings Limited共同出资设立，设立时注册资本为20,000万美元。同日，龙腾有限取得苏州市昆山工商行政管理局核发的注册号为企合苏昆总字第004273号的《企业法人营业执照》。 2019年8月23日，国创集团、龙腾控股共同签署了《发起人协议》，决定发起设立昆山龙腾光电股份有限公司。2019年8月28日，昆山市国资办出具了《关于同意昆山龙腾光电有限公司股份制改造的批复》（昆国资办［2019］23号），同意设立股份公司。2019年8月28日，公司召开第一次股东大会，全体股东一致同意发起设立昆山龙腾光电股份有限公司。 2019年8月30日，苏州市市场监督管理局颁发了统一社会信用代码为913205837178569220的《营业执照》，2019年9月2日，江苏昆山经济开发区管理委员会出具了《外商投资企业变更备案回执》，对龙腾有限整体变更为股份有限公司等基本信息予以备案。 公司是国内知名的液晶显示面板制造商，主要从事薄膜晶体管液晶显示器（TFT-LCD）的研发、生产与销售，公司产品主要应用于笔记本电脑、手机、车载和工控显示系统等终端产品。 公司作为国内第一批投建TFT-LCD生产线的企业之一，持续深耕中小尺寸显示领域，聚焦以笔记本电脑、手机为代表的消费显示市场，并积极布局以车载、工控等为代表的专业显示市场。公司准确把握市场需求，通过赋予显示面板产品高附加值，形成差异化、高值化竞争优势。根据群智咨询统计，发行人2018年笔电面板出货量位列全球第五；根据IHS统计，发行人2018年智能手机面板出货量位列全球第七。 公司作为国内第一批投建TFT-LCD生产线的企业之一，持续深耕中小尺寸显示领域，聚焦以笔记本电脑、手机为代表的消费显示市场，并积极布局以车载、工控等为代表的专业显示市场。公司准确把握市场需求，通过赋予显示面板产品高附加值，形成差异化、高值化竞争优势。根据群智咨询统计，发行人2018年笔电面板出货量位列全球第五；根据IHS统计，发行人2018年智能手机面板出货量位列全球第七。
