Company Introduction 中国电器科学研究院股份有限公司（中国电器院CEI）是国家首批转制科研院所，前身为始建于1958年的第一机械工业部广州电器科学研究所，现隶属于中央直管国有重要骨干企业---中国机械工业集团有限公司。经过半个多世纪的变革、发展和壮大，通过体制、机制、科技和管理创新，中国电器院实现了由从科研院所向科技创新型企业的蜕变。 中国电器院长期从事电器产品环境适应性基本规律与机理研究，致力于提升我国电器产品在不同的气候、机械、化学、电磁等复杂环境中的适应能力，提升电器产品质量水平。在环境适应性研究的基础上，公司践行国家创新驱动发展战略，围绕电器行业的标准规范、检测评价技术、系统集成技术、电能转换技术、先进控制技术、材料技术等质量提升共性技术研发，取得了一系列科技创新及核心技术成果，通过科技成果转化，为电器产品质量提升提供系统解决方案，形成三大主营业务：质量技术服务、智能装备、环保涂料及树脂。 中国电器院建有工业产品环境适应性国家重点实验室、国家技术标准创新基地（家用电器及电器附件）、国家日用电器质量监督检验中心、国家智能汽车零部件质量监督检验中心等12个国家级科技研发和技术服务平台，拥有15个IEC国际标准对接平台和11个国家标准平台。自1980年以来，中国电器院累计主持和参与制修订1,000多项国际、国家、行业和地方标准，拥有20多项核心技术，依托公司在全国10多个产业基地和服务机构，快速实施成果转化，为全球30多个国家、10,000多家客户提供优质服务。 历经60多年研究积累，中国电器院形成了以基础共性技术研究为支撑的科技创新体系，以技术标准创新为引领的行业服务模式，具有自主知识产权的核心技术能力，拥有成熟而系统的科技成果转化机制和产业基地，构建了独特的竞争优势，已成为国内日用电器行业专业技术服务的龙头企业，亦是我国电器行业接轨国际、提高国际话语权的重要支撑平台。 秉承“合力同行、创新共赢”的价值理念，中国电器院始终以“支撑国家战略、服务行业进步”为己任，致力于科技和市场相结合应用型研究，集聚国际国内各类高端人才，建立“共创、共享、共担”的事业平台，努力成为国家乃至世界电器行业不可替代的应用型研究机构和技术创新平台，打造中国电器院百年老店。
