Company Introduction 公司是国际知名的光伏储能系统及产品提供商，主要面向海外客户提供光伏储能逆变器、储能电池以及并网逆变器，应用于分布式光伏储能及并网领域。 光伏储能指在光伏系统中引入储能单元，在发电基础上实现负载供能、能量存储和电网接入等功能，既有助于光伏能量实现自发自用，也能根据峰谷电价差进行能源管理，从而提高用户经济效益。尤其在海外能源价格不断上涨背景下，光伏储能经济性愈发明显，市场需求高速增长。 自2012年设立以来，公司持续专注于储能领域技术研发，并重视前沿技术与创新产品产业化探索。公司通过优化电路拓扑结构以及控制算法，提升产品的性能参数及可靠性、安全性，并降低成本，在充放电转换效率、功率控制响应、电池循环使用寿命、逆变器转换效率、功率密度等核心技术指标处于行业先进水平。公司“一种并网逆变器的继电器吸合控制方法及控制装置”荣获2023年首届浙江省知识产权奖发明专利一等奖；主导的“网源友好型智能光储系统关键技术及产业化项目”获得了2020年度“浙江省科学技术进步一等奖”，并率先在“虚拟电厂”领域应用，已在英国伯明翰、布里斯托、利兹等地区实施并为电网提供调频支持。公司自主研发生产的“户用型储能锂离子电池”等5项产品被认定为“浙江省首台（套）产品”。 公司是国家工信部认定的“光伏制造行业规范企业”，建有“浙江省艾罗光储智慧能源研究院”“浙江省企业技术中心”、博士后工作站以及浙江省科技厅认定的“2022年度科技小巨人企业”。公司先后承担浙江省重点研发计划项目2项，参与制定1项行业标准、3项团体标准。截至本招股意向书出具之日，公司拥有已授权专利138项，其中，发明专利38项（含3项境外发明专利）。 公司产品累计取得了超过500项国内外认证，销售区域覆盖德国、捷克、意大利、英国和西班牙等80多个国家和地区，被可再生能源领域知名调研机构EuPDResearch认定为“逆变器顶级品牌（德国、波兰、意大利、澳大利亚、英国、希腊）”和“储能顶级品牌（英国）”。
