Company Introduction 2015年3月19日，厦门市集美区投资促进局出具《关于同意独资兴办宸展光电（厦门）有限公司的批复》（厦集投促审[2015]17号），同意香港宸展投资设立宸展有限。2015年4月14日，厦门市工商行政管理局出具了《准予设立登记通知书》及《营业执照》（注册号350200400050454），宸展有限正式成立。2018年5月15日，宸展有限董事会通过决议，同意以宸展有限截至2018年3月31日的净资产人民币31,742.76万元按照3.306538:1的比例折合股本9,600万股，其余22,142.76万元计入公司资本公积，将宸展有限整体变更设立为宸展光电（厦门）股份有限公司。2018年8月27日，发行人在厦门市市场监督管理局登记注册并领取《营业执照》（统一社会信用代码913502003295944816），股份公司正式成立。 公司是商用智能交互显示设备整体解决方案提供商，专注于定制化商用智能交互显示设备的研发、设计、生产和销售服务。公司产品主要包括智能交互显示器、智能交互一体机和智能交互显示设备零部件，广泛应用于零售、金融、工业自动化、医疗、餐饮、快递物流、游戏娱乐、交通运输、公共事业等终端领域。公司通过个性化的设计服务，能够满足上述领域客户对于产品广色域、色温、亮度、散热、防静电、防干扰、防强光、防误触摸、防尘、防水、抗暴性、防腐蚀等性能的需求，确保产品在各种环境下运行的稳定性、可靠性和耐久性。 与高度标准化的消费电子产品不同，公司产品主要定位于商业领域的使用，因此在产品应用技术、功能设计、材料选择、接口规格和外观制造等方面，公司需根据客户要求对相关软硬件进行定制化的设计、开发与整合。公司产品集智能交互、显示播放、软固件应用等功能于一体，具有多种终端产品形态，能够满足各应用领域的使用要求。 公司凭借业内领先的产品质量和服务水平，与Elo、NCR、Jabil、Diebold、Mouse、Acrelec、长城信息、瑞迅、新北洋等国内外知名品牌商或制造商客户建立了长期、稳定的合作关系；公司产品目前已销往美洲、欧洲、亚洲等数十个国家及地区，得到了国内外客户的广泛认可。
