Company Introduction 三德科技（股票代码：300515.SZ）创始于1993年2月，位于国家级长沙高新技术产业开发区（占地约132亩，其中，麓谷园区约72亩，总建筑面积37700m2，长兴园区自动化/无人化系统制造基地约60亩），是煤焦炭、生物质、固危废、黑生料等固态可燃物分析检测设备、化验整体解决方案以及煤炭采样、采制对接、制样、样品输送、样品存查、化验全环节无人化系统和燃料管控、煤场管理系统的研发、制造、销售、实施、运维供应商。 三德科技聚焦细分市场，探索创新，稳健经营，积累了丰富的经验，深刻的认识和全面胜任的能力，是值得客户信赖的长期伙伴。 三德科技可提供产品全生命周期一站式服务（从立项、售前预案、招投标、技术协议、蓝图设计、详细设计、生产加工、现场调试、试运行、运维质保到产品报废）。自项目创建，公司即开展专属于客户项目的组织策划，规划项目各阶段的团队组成，包含专业的方案顾问团队、项目交付团队、产品团队、运维团队、质量团队、项目管理团队等，为每一阶段的项目工作有序开展，提供专业的团队保障。 目前，公司总计实施燃料智能化项目200多个，具备丰富的EPC交钥匙工程的项目实施经验和实施能力。公司产品采用标准与定制相结合的设计方式，各模块均有专业的产品团队持续创新、迭代。采制输存化各系统之间可无缝对接，亦可对接电厂已有的输煤程控系统、ERP、MIS等系统。 三德科技是国家高新技术企业、国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业、国家知识产权示范企业，先后承担国家重点新产品计划项目4次、国家火炬计划项目4次、科技部中小企业技术创新基金项目2次、科技部重大仪器专项1次，业内承担国家级科技计划次数位居前列。 三德科技建有“湖南省企业技术中心”、“湖南省煤质分析与检测设备工程技术研究中心”、“湖南省工业设计中心(燃料智能化管控系统工业设计中心)”，技术和研发团队近200人。公司参与起草制订国家/行业产品技术标准11项，累计申请专利1111件（其中发明专利申请336件，PCT国际专利申请及国外专利申请55件），授权有效专利633件（其中授权有效发明155件，国外授权专利27件）。 三德科技营销网络覆盖全国，名列2021年《财富》世界500强的中国大陆地区能源、金属产品类企业均是三德科技的客户。目前，公司产品已经行销印尼、南非、泰国、澳大利亚、加拿大、西班牙、以色列、蒙古等全球40多个国家与地区，涵盖全球知名的第三方检测机构SGS、Intertek、Inspectorate等在内的6000余家客户。 三德科技注册资本2.058695亿元，公司及其产品已通过ISO9001：2015质量管理体系、ISO14001：2015环境管理体系、ISO45001:2018职业健康安全管理体系和CE等国际体系认证，具备信息系统集成及服务、机电工程施工总承包等资质。
