Company Introduction 京金自天正智能控制股份有限公司是由中国钢研科技集团有限公司冶金自动化研究设计院控股的大型工业自动化综合性高科技企业，是北京市科学技术委员会认定的骨干高新技术企业。公司成立于1999年12月，2002年9月在上海证劵交易所上市（股票代码600560），注册资本为22364.55万元。 公司主要从事工业自动化领域系列产品的研发、生产、销售和承接自动化工程及技术服务等，可为用户提供系统、先进、定制化、高性能价格比的工业自动化全面解决方案。主要产品有：AriCon(开放式分布控制系统)、AriDrive（电气传动系列产品）、AriMeter（工业检测仪表系列产品）、AriMes(流程工业制造执行系统软件产品)和冶金流程成套控制系统等。产品广泛应用于冶金、矿山、化工、石油、机械、电力、能源、环保等多个行业。 公司拥有雄厚的技术力量和丰硕的业绩，承担了多项国家重点科技攻关和863项目，获得国家发明奖、科技进步奖、省部级奖等科研成果300多项。具有承接大型、复杂自动化工程的综合能力。 公司控股子公司上海金自天正信息技术有限公司、成都金自天正智能控制有限公司、北京金自能源科技发展有限公司、北京阿瑞新通科技有限公司；天津武清分公司；涿州和天津分公司。基本上形成了服务客户的市场布局，对公司总体业务的发展发挥了重要作用。
