Company Introduction 广州酒家，中华老字号，始创于1935年，素有“食在广州第一家”的美誉。广州酒家（股票代码：603043）于1992年组建集团；2009年改制为广州酒家集团股份有限公司；2017年6月在上海证券交易所挂牌上市，成为广东省率先上市的饮食集团，现有员工近6千人。近年来，集团及下属企业先后荣获中国十大餐饮品牌企业、中国驰名商标、中国老字号新榜样、全国商贸流通服务业先进集体、广东省先进基层党组织、广东省脱贫攻坚突出贡献集体、广州市文明单位等荣誉。 广州酒家集团主营业务包括餐饮服务和食品制造，坚持“餐饮强品牌、食品创规模”的发展方向，拥有“广州酒家”“陶陶居”“利口福”三大中华老字号品牌和“天极品”“秋之风”“粮丰园”等明星品牌，在广州、茂名、湘潭、梅州等地设有食品生产基地，建立了跨区域产能联动布局，推动市场进一步向粤东、粤西、华中及华东等地区辐射延伸，产品畅销海内外。 集团旗下利口福食品公司作为华南地区大型的综合食品加工基地，已构建完善现代的研发体系和质量管理体系，食品安全生产达到国际先进水平，并成为多项国家技术标准的制定者和参与者，先后被认定为高新技术企业、广东省重点农业龙头企业。广州酒家利口福品牌产品覆盖中秋月饼、速冻点心、广式腊味、预制菜肴、莲蓉馅料、端午粽子、西饼面包、休闲食品等八大系列。同时，集团建立了线上线下全渠道销售体系，拥有超240家利口福食品连锁门店，在全国多地铺设经销渠道，线上运营覆盖官方商城、天猫、京东等平台，其中中秋月饼作为“正宗广式月饼”的代表连续多年居于行业领导地位，连续五年全球销售额第一。 集团现有餐饮自营门店56家（广州酒家27家、陶陶居28家、星樾城1家）、陶陶居授权门店16家，多家餐饮门店被授予“国家五钻级酒家”称号，广州酒家文昌店获评米其林餐盘奖，临江大道店获评黑珍珠餐厅指南一钻、金梧桐中国餐厅指南二星餐厅，上海中信泰富店、深业上城店获评金梧桐中国餐厅指南一星餐厅，天极品越华店被授予“广东省粤菜师傅大师工作室”“广州市粤菜师傅培训室”称号。作为广东省非遗代表性项目“粤菜烹饪技艺”及“广府饮茶习俗”的保护单位，广州酒家至今培育了七代粤菜烹饪技艺传承人及逾千名粤菜名师工匠。近年来，集团圆满保障中法两国元首非正式会晤等多项重大接待任务，并作为美食大使代表国家出访欧洲、大洋洲、拉丁美洲等近50个国家和地区，向世界展示粤菜烹饪与岭南文化的独特魅力，架起中外美食文化交流的桥梁。
