Company Introduction 江苏锡华新能源科技股份有限公司始建于2001年，主要从事大型高端装备专用部件的研发、制造与销售，产品结构以风电齿轮箱专用部件为主、注塑机厚大专用部件为辅，是全球行业领先、质量可靠、技术卓越的大型高端装备专用部件制造商。集团公司以江苏锡华新能源科技股份有限公司为核心，拥有3家全资子公司，员工1000多人。 公司产品主要应用于大型风电装备与注塑机领域，公司是国内少数可提供风电齿轮箱专用部件全工序服务的企业，致力于成为新能源风电领域的全球顶尖大型高端装备专用部件制造商。 公司深耕大型高端装备专用部件行业二十余年，在材料研发、球化孕育、机械加工等环节形成多项核心技术，主要包括大型高端装备部件合金成分配比方案、高强度球墨铸铁件的球化孕育控制技术、大型高端装备部件机加工方案设计技术等，有效保障了公司产品的高强度、高塑性、高精密度与高可靠性。公司风电齿轮箱专用部件产品的技术水平在行业内具有领先优势，可长期适应海上台风、海水腐蚀、高原高寒、荒漠风沙等复杂多变的环境条件。 公司是南高齿、弗兰德、采埃孚等全球排名前三的风电齿轮箱制造商大型专用部件、全球大型注塑机龙头海天塑机厚大专用部件的长期主力供应伙伴，大部分主要客户与公司合作十年以上。公司先后荣获南高齿供应商质量表现奖与交付可靠奖、弗兰德卓越协作供应商、海天塑机杰出合作伙伴等奖项荣誉，在行业内树立了良好的市场口碑。 公司紧跟风电装备大型化的市场趋势，不断升级风电齿轮箱专用部件的制造技术，产品研发进度始终与市场大功率风电齿轮箱开发保持同步，所覆盖风电机组功率范围在行业内处于领先地位。 公司先后设立子公司江苏锡华、锡华智能，建设泰兴毛坯件生产基地、多地机械加工服务基地，逐步形成高端装备专用部件从毛坯件到成品件全工序服务能力，并持续扩充机械加工业务规模。在客户资源方面，公司先后与南高齿、弗兰德、采埃孚等全球排名前三的风电齿轮箱制造商、全球大型注塑机龙头海天塑机建立合作关系，凭借优质稳定的产品质量、行业领先的技术水平和高效快速的交付能力，逐步成为其长期主力供应商。在技术研发方面，公司自主研发出应用于1MW-18MW功率风机的风电齿轮箱专用部件，在行业内形成大兆瓦产品的领先优势。
