Company Introduction 公司前身为浙江仙鹤特种纸有限公司，是由王敏强、王敏文、王敏良、王明龙和王敏岚于2001年12月19日在浙江衢州投资设立的有限责任公司，设立时注册资本为人民币5,000万元。2015年11月5日仙鹤特纸股东会作出决议，决定将仙鹤特纸由有限责任公司整体变更为股份有限公司。股份公司股份总额为45,000万股，每股面值人民币1元，股份公司的注册资本为人民币45,000万元。同日，仙鹤特纸全体股东签署《发起人协议书》，以仙鹤特纸截至2015年6月30日经审计的净资产1,401,157,051.47元，按照3.1137:1的比例折合股份450,000,000股，其余951,157,051.47元计入资本公积，依法整体变更为股份有限公司。2015年11月20日，中汇会计师事务所出具了中汇会验【2015】4008号《验资报告》，对本次整体变更的出资情况进行了验证。公司于2015年12月3日在衢州市市场监督管理局完成登记并取得统一社会信用代码为913308037344981434的《营业执照》。公司名称变更为仙鹤股份有限公司。 公司主营业务为特种纸研发、生产和销售。根据产品的下游应用领域与生产工艺相似程度，发行人主要产品可划分为烟草行业用纸、家居装饰用纸、商务交流及防伪用纸、食品与医疗包装用纸、标签离型用纸、电气及工业用纸、热转印用纸、低定量出版印刷用纸和其他共九大系列产品。
