Company Introduction 公司创立于2003年8月，历经二十年的快速发展，已成为集冷轧不锈钢板带的研发、生产、销售和服务于一体的行业内知名企业，产品覆盖精密冷轧不锈钢板带和宽幅冷轧不锈钢板带两大领域，广泛应用于电子信息、家用电器、医疗器械、环保化工、汽车交通等行业领域。在国内最具活力的沿海地带，浙江、江苏、福建、广东设立了四大生产基地，并在甘肃建设了内陆地区第一个生产基地，构筑了面向全国的生产经营和服务网络。首个海外项目越南甬金已于2022年4月建成投产、泰国甬金正在筹建当中。2023年位列“中国民营企业500强”第310位、“中国制造业民营企业500强”第210位。 甬金股份是国家高新技术企业和国家火炬计划项目承担单位，设有省级企业技术中心、省级高新技术企业研究开发中心以及浙江省博士后工作站和江苏省博士后工作站。一直以来公司十分注重生产工艺的改进、技术装备的研发和新产品的开发。截至2022年末，公司拥有专利技术共244项，其中发明专利30项，实用新型专利214项。同时，还是国内少数几家能够自主设计研发不锈钢冷轧自动化生产线的企业之一，自主设计研发的二十辊可逆式精密冷轧机组等全套不锈钢冷轧自动化生产线已达到国际先进水平。 甬金股份凭借雄厚的生产工艺积累和强大的技术装备研发实力，以子公司江苏甬金为牵头人的超薄精密不锈钢带（钢管）项目联合体成功中标国家工业和信息化部“2017年工业转型升级（中国制造2025）——重点新材料产业链技术能力提升重点项目”。2018年，甬金股份参与完成的“超薄精密不锈钢板带关键技术”项目，经中国金属学会组织召开的科技成果评价会认定，该项目成果达到国际领先水平。2020年公司与南京理工大学联合申报的《超宽极薄精密光亮不锈钢带关键技术及产业化》项目获得江苏省科学技术一等奖。 近年来，公司在深耕主营业务的同时，还对下游新材料行业进行了延伸，2020年8月，成立控股子公司江苏镨赛，进入层状复合材料领域；2021年4月，收购银羊管业，进入不锈钢水管行业，公司长期看好不锈钢水管市场前景，同时为更好管理和拓展不锈钢水管业务，于2023年9月收购了深圳民乐管业，进一步扩大了公司在该领域的产能和市场占有率；2022年10月，设立控股子公司河南中源钛业开展钛材项目；2022年11月，设立全资子公司浙江镨赛，开展柱状电池专用外壳材料项目。在新领域的尝试，也是公司利用产业链整合优势实施一体两翼，多元化发展战略的体现。 甬金股份始终秉承“团结、高效、务实、发展”的宗旨，致力于成为行业领跑者，立足于全国及海外市场，以一流的服务、一流的技术和一流的产品，成就最优秀的行业品牌，提供最有价值的行业服务。
