Company Introduction 公司创立于2002年6月，公司专业从事通用动力机械产品和高压清洗机的研发、设计、生产和销售。经过19年的潜心耕耘，公司现有员工1800多人，客户网络覆盖了欧洲、南美、北美、非洲、中东、东南亚等上百个国家和地区。聚集了一批具有忠诚度和信任度的经销商客户，在国内外市场取得了广泛的认可和品牌影响力。绿田拥有目前国内领先的通用动力机械产品、高压清洗机生产基地及多条全自动化生产线。 公司前身为台州市绿田机械有限公司，成立于2002年6月，注册资本人民币100万元，其中潘新平以货币资金70万元出资，占注册资本的70%，阮冰以货币资金25万元出资，占注册资本的25%，罗昌国以货币资金5万元出资，占注册资本的5%。台州中天会计师事务所有限公司对绿田有限设立时股东的出资行为进行了审验，并出具了“中天验字[2002]344号”《验资报告》。2002年6月7日，绿田有限取得台州市工商行政管理局核发的《企业法人营业执照》，工商注册号为3310042002453。 经2008年1月16日召开的公司首次股东大会审议通过，绿田有限的原有股东作为发起人，以截至2007年12月31日经玉环信和联合会计师事务所评估的净资产63,792,058.44元折合股本5,118万股，每股面值1元，净资产超过股本部分12,612,058.44元计入资本公积，绿田有限整体变更为股份公司。2008年1月29日，台州鼎力联合会计师事务所对公司整体变更设立时注册资本的实收情况进行了审验，并出具了“台鼎验[2008]020号”《验资报告》。2008年1月31日，绿田机械股份有限公司成立，统一社会信用代码为91331000740539650L。 公司专业从事通用动力机械产品（主要包括发电机组、水泵机组和发动机）和高压清洗机产品的研发、生产和销售。 公司经过十多年的稳定发展，在产品研发、质量稳定可靠性、市场销售渠道、品牌市场竞争力等方面不断夯实进步，具有较强竞争优势。2013年公司“便携式环保型发电机”通过浙江省重点技术创新专项，2015年公司“节能减排型涡流式单缸风冷柴油机”取得国家火炬计划项目证书，公司“绿田发电设备与清洗机械研发中心”是省级高新技术企业研究开发中心、省级企业研究院、省级企业技术中心。2019年公司作为起草单位参与起草了《小型电动高压清洗机安全规范》（GB/T37916-2019）国家标准。公司“Lutian”商标被认定为中国驰名商标、浙江出口名牌，“绿田”被授予浙江省知名商号，Lutian发电机被认定为浙江名牌产品。
