Company Introduction 公司前身系东莞利扬微电子有限公司（以下简称利扬公司），利扬公司系由黄江、瞿昊、张利平、洪振辉、潘家明和辜诗涛共同出资组建，于2010年2月10日在东莞市工商行政管理局登记注册，总部位于广东省东莞市。公司现持有注册号为91441900551652806P的营业执照。 公司是国内知名的独立第三方集成电路测试服务商，主营业务包括集成电路测试方案开发、12英寸及8英寸等晶圆测试服务（简称“中测”、“Chip Probing”或“CP”）、芯片成品测试服务（简称“成测”、“Final Test”或“FT”）以及与集成电路测试相关的配套服务。报告期内，公司为汇顶科技（603160.SH）、全志科技（300458.SZ）、国民技术（300077.SZ）、东软载波（300183.SZ）、博通集成（603068.SH）、锐能微、比特微、西南集成、中兴微、智芯微、紫光同芯、集创北方、博雅科技、华大半导体、高云半导体等众多行业内知名的芯片设计企业提供测试服务。 公司作为国内知名的独立第三方集成电路测试服务商，目前凭借自主研发的先进集成电路测试技术、高端的集成电路测试设备以及无尘化的芯片洁净测试环境，向芯片设计公司提供测试方案开发、晶圆测试、芯片成品测试等服务，从中取得收入、获得盈利。公司所从事的集成电路测试属于技术含量高、人才密集、资金密集的高科技现代服务业，公司的发展符合集成电路行业的特点和发展趋势。公司将不断地提升运营管理能力和生产效率，降低生产成本，提升自身技术水平和服务能力，增加市场份额，以期在未来获得更多的收入和利润。主要经营活动为集成电路测试，产品或提供的劳务主要有:晶圆测试和成品测试。
