| Company Introduction | 公司以原子层沉积（ALD）技术为核心，主要从事先进微、纳米级薄膜沉积设备的研发、生产和销售，向下游客户提供先进薄膜沉积设备、配套产品及服务。 自成立以来，公司通过不断吸纳国内外优秀人才和研发投入，先后设立江苏省原子层沉积技术工程技术研究中心、江苏省外国专家工作室、江苏省博士后创新实践基地、江苏省研究生工作站等科研平台，在原子层沉积反应器设计技术、高产能真空镀膜技术、真空镀膜设备工艺反应气体控制技术、纳米叠层薄膜沉积技术、高质量薄膜制造技术、工艺设备能量控制技术、基于原子层沉积的高效电池技术等前沿科技领域持续构筑和强化技术壁垒，并在此基础上继续深化ALD技术在下一代光伏电池、集成电路、先进存储等方面的技术储备，为客户提供更丰富的高端薄膜沉积产品。 报告期内，公司产品率先用于光伏电池片生产过程中的薄膜沉积环节，已覆盖包括通威太阳能、隆基股份、晶澳太阳能、阿特斯、天合光能等在内的多家知名太阳能电池片生产商。2018年，公司的光伏领域夸父（KF）原子层沉积设备被评定为“江苏省首台（套）重大装备产品”。目前，公司应用于TOPCon新型高效电池生产线的产品已在客户现场验证。 在成功将ALD技术应用于光伏领域后，公司开发了对技术水平和工艺要求更高的半导体薄膜沉积设备，已先后获得国内多家知名半导体公司的商业订单，并在报告期内实现了国产ALD设备在28nm集成电路制造关键工艺（高介电常数栅氧层材料沉积环节）中的突破。此外，公司已与多家国内半导体厂商及验证平台签署了保密协议并开展产品技术验证等合作，针对国内半导体薄膜沉积各细分应用领域研发试制新型ALD设备。除了光伏和半导体领域外，公司还拓展了柔性电子等其他领域的应用。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
