Company Introduction 公司前身为“芜湖奇瑞装备有限责任公司”，成立于2007年8月2日，由奇瑞汽车以货币出资成立，注册资本200万元。2007年8月2日，奇瑞装备在芜湖市工商行政管理局完成工商设立登记手续，并领取了企业法人营业执照。2012年2月17日，奇瑞装备更名为“安徽埃夫特智能装备有限公司”。2016年4月28日，埃夫特有限股东会通过整体变更设立决议，全体股东签订《发起人协议》。2016年5月31日，公司在芜湖市工商行政管理局完成上述公司整体变更的工商变更登记手续。公司注册资本为20,000万元。华普天健出具“会验字[2019]1031号”《验资报告》对本次事项进行了审验。公司属于智能制造装备行业，主营业务为工业机器人整机及其核心零部件、系统集成的研发、生产、销售。发行人主要产品分为三大类别：核心零部件产品、整机产品、机器人系统集成解决方案。
