Company Introduction 公司前身广州市天承化工有限公司成立于2010年11月19日，由天承化工、广州道添共同出资设立，天承有限设立时的注册资本为170.00万港元，其中天承化工以货币方式出资119.00万港元，广州道添以货币方式出资51.00万港元。2010年11月2日，天承有限获得《中华人民共和国台港澳侨投资企业》（穗从合资证字[2010]0003号）的批准证书。2010年11月19日，天承有限办理完成设立的工商登记手续，并取得了广州市工商行政管理局核发的注册号为“440122400001765”的《企业法人营业执照》。发行人系由天承有限整体变更设立的股份有限公司。2020年10月10日，天承有限召开股东会，同意天承有限整体变更为广东天承科技股份有限公司。2020年10月26日，天承有限的全体股东共同签署了《广东天承科技股份有限公司发起人协议》。同日，天承科技召开创立大会暨第一次股东大会，审议通过成立广东天承科技股份有限公司等事宜，并签署《公司章程》。2022年6月8日，大华会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）出具了大华验字[2022]0011305号《历次验资复核报告》，对上述出资情况进行复核验资。2020年11月9日，公司取得广州市市场监督管理局核发的注册号为“9144010156396708XL”的《营业执照》。 天承科技主要从事PCB所需要的专用电子化学品的研发、生产和销售。PCB作为组装电子元器件和芯片封装用的基板，是电子产品的关键电子互连件，随着应用领域需求扩大和制造技术进步，PCB产品类型由普通的单双面板和多层板发展出高频高速板、HDI、软硬结合板、类载板、半导体测试板、载板等高端产品。公司产品主要应用于上述高端PCB的生产。
