Company Introduction 华联控股股份有限公司是深圳市最早从事专业化纤产品生产与经营的国营内联企业,2006年,公司主营业务平稳地实现了从传统纺织服装行业向石化新材料(PTA)行业为主、房地产为辅的重大转变,公司已发展成为具有较大经营规模优势和较强竞争力的大企业集团.公司所属华联发展集团是以纺织为基础多元化经营的中央直属的国家级大型企业集团,曾被评为"世界纺织业500强中国入选企业第一名".集团现有全资、控股企业二十余家及"华联控股"、"深中冠"等两家上市公司,已形成以纺织服装、高科技、房地产物业和石化新材料为支柱的产业体系和国际化的经营格局.2008年,受PTA产品上游原材料价格大幅上涨和其下游聚酯行业市场需求不足双重挤压的影响,公司淡出了PTA行业,专注于房地产业的发展。
