| Company Introduction | 常山北明的历史，始自上世纪五十年代。1953年4月，石家庄第一棉纺织厂破土兴建，1954年5月正式投产。之后，棉二、棉三、棉四分别于1955年、1956年、1957年建成投产。 在那个艰苦创业、激情奋斗的火红的年代，常山纺织涌现出了以全国著名劳动模范仇锁贵为代表的一大批劳模先进，生产的府绸、纱卡系列坯布被称为“万能印染坯布”，享有业内“南纱北布”之“北布”美誉，成为中国棉纺织行业排头兵企业。1998年12月以石家庄棉一至棉四为基础改制设立石家庄常山纺织股份有限公司，2000年7月常山股份在深圳证券交易所上市。 1998年12月以石家庄棉一至棉四为基础改制设立石家庄常山纺织股份有限公司，2000年7月常山股份在深圳证券交易所上市。 常山股份上市后，陆续实施了大规模的技术改造，先后收购了石家庄第五棉纺织厂、赵县棉纺织厂和石家庄市第二纺织机械厂。2004年在石家庄高新区投资建设了占地380亩的石家庄常山恒新纺织有限公司。2008年在正定投资建设了占地1300亩的技术领先、产品高档的常山纺织工业园。2012年正式启动市内老厂停产搬迁。经过多年接续努力，完成了搬迁改造、退城入园，实现了技术升级、产品提档、节能降耗、降本增效。 同时，常山股份以混合所有制改革为主线，不断完善现代企业制度。自1998年以来，通过改制、上市、配股、股改、定增等方式，逐步引进非国有资本，稳步推进混合所有制改革。2015年7月以定向增资扩股的方式，实施重大资产重组，收购民营高科技企业北明软件100%股权，形成了国有为第一大股东、民营为第二大股东的混合所有的新架构。 北明软件有限公司是1998年在广州注册成立的高新技术企业，运营中心设于北京，在全国各地有近30个分支机构，其中在北京、广州、杭州、南京、武汉设有5个研发基地。 经过多年发展，已经成长为国内著名的新一代IT架构解决方案提供商，智慧城市、平安城市的解决方案及运营服务提供商，大型数据中心的建设、管理、运维及服务提供商，领先的行业解决方案提供商，电子商务、移动互联的解决方案及运营服务提供商，产品增值代理与集成服务提供商。 2017年10月公司全称变更为石家庄常山北明科技股份有限公司，简称常山北明。近年来，公司坚持质量第一、效益优先，把依靠创新驱动、提高发展质量放在更加突出的位置，荣膺河北省战略性新兴产业领军百强企业。 “十四五”时期，公司将在市委市政府的坚强领导下，完整、准确、全面贯彻新发展理念，坚持产业数字化、数字产业化“双轮驱动”战略，聚焦主责主业，集聚要素资源，做优纺织主业，做强软件主业，培育壮大仓储物流产业，推进创新发展、绿色发展、高质量发展，把公司建设成中国一流的科技型行业领军企业。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
