Company Introduction 武商集团是湖北省最大的综合性商业企业，其前身是创建于1959年的中苏友好商场(后更名武汉商场)。1986年，武商集团在全国率先进行股份制改造；1992年，“鄂武商A”(后更名为“武商集团”)(000501)在深交所上市，成为“中国商业第一股”“湖北第一股”。武商集团在湖北省内12个地(县)级市及江西省南昌市，共有购物中心门店13家、超市门店百余家。 武商MALL由三栋大楼连成一体，总建筑面积50万方，是华中地区最大的购物中心组合群，业绩稳居全国前三甲、华中第一，是武汉市对外交流开放、展示国际及进出口贸易的重要窗口。武商梦时代是全球最大的纯商业综合体，业态及功能之丰富全球尚无先例。武商城市奥莱填补了武汉市内奥莱商业综合体的空白，孵化出“生活方式型新奥莱”。南昌武商MALL是江西首座奢侈品购物中心，也是武商在中部地区的第二座重奢场。武商里是武商集团开发的以“超市+生活方式街区”为主题的新业态，打造年轻化、潮流化、网红化、社交化等标签鲜明的“潮流发声地”。襄阳武商MALL、十堰武商MALL、仙桃武商MALL、黄石武商MALL、老河口武商汇等购物中心在各自区域市场独占鳌头。武商超市百余家门店，一手抓民生保供，成为保民生的主力军；一手抓优质优品，打造优选生活超市。“武商网”秉承着“把武商搬到网上”的发展理念，持续打造线上线下联动的全渠道零售场景。 展望未来，全体武商人将继续围绕“武商MALL做精、梦时代做新、城市奥莱做实、超市做优、区域市场做强”的新一轮战略发展规划及武商“十四五”发展规划，打造智慧武商，推动企业高质量发展，为助力武汉打造国际消费中心城市做出新的贡献。
