Company Introduction 广州市红棉智汇科创股份有限公司（以下简称“红棉股份”）是一家在深圳证券交易所上市的国有企业，总部位于广州市核心天河区，企业注册资本18.35亿元，是国家高新技术企业和国家级企业技术中心，拥有国家授予的博士后工作站，控股股东为广州轻工工贸集团有限公司（以下简称“广州轻工集团”），实际控制人为广州市人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会。 红棉股份由广州市浪奇实业股份有限公司（以下简称“广州浪奇”）更名而来，而广州浪奇的前身是广州油脂化工厂、广州油脂化学工业公司，始建于1959年，是华南地区早期日化产品定点生产企业。1993年，广州浪奇由国有企业改组为股份制企业，成为广州市首批规范化上市的股份制公司，距今已上市30年。2019年，广州浪奇并购广州华糖食品有限公司（以下简称“华糖食品”），正式切入食品饮料行业。2023年，广州浪奇实施重大资产重组，置出原有的日化类资产，置入控股股东旗下的广州新仕诚企业发展股份有限公司（以下简称“新仕诚公司”），形成“食品饮料”及“文化创意园区资产运营”双主业业务结构。 全资子公司华糖食品已建立“红棉”、“广氏”、“双喜”、“五羊”、“东方寓言”等食品饮料品牌体系。主要产品包括红棉牌系列食用糖、广氏菠萝啤系列饮料及东方寓言系列咖啡等。华糖食品是国家高新技术企业、获得“广东省功能性糖产品绿色精深加工工程技术研究中心”认定，并设有省级企业技术中心、省级工程技术研究开发中心。 子公司新仕诚公司在文化创意园区资产运营深耕多年，以“T.I.T”品牌为代表的园区得到了政府、文化创意产业类客户等各方的认可。近年来，新仕诚公司运营园区作为工业文化地标建筑领域代表荣获工业和信息化部工业文化发展中心颁发的“优秀工业遗产保护利用示范案例”奖（工业文化地标建设领域获奖的5家之一），荣获国家级优秀工业遗产保护利用示范案例、国家级纺织服装设计试点园区、广东省“互联网+创意”小镇、“广东省小型微型企业创业创新示范基地”、“粤港澳大湾区风云创意园区”等国家、省、市荣誉。 未来，红棉股份将继续专注于核心主业，做好下属企业华糖食品和新仕诚公司的经营管理，努力提高经营业绩，优化上市公司资产质量，全力提升上市公司价值，推动公司高质量发展。
