Company Introduction 佛山照明是A股上市公司国星光电的控股股东，拥有独立经营的下属子公司5家（燎旺车灯、佛照智达电工、佛照海南科技、佛照智城科技、皓徕特），现有员工9000余人，在佛山高明、河南新乡、广西南宁、重庆、山东青岛等地建立多个生产基地，具有规模化生产实力，产品远销世界120多个国家和地区，出口销售占比约30％。 佛山照明不断延链补链强链，成为涵盖上游芯片制造、中游LED封装、下游LED应用的全LED产业链企业，打开了智能、健康、海洋、机场、动植物照明等新赛道。在车灯板块，组建上海车灯研究院，整合佛山照明车灯模组、国星光电车规级灯珠、燎旺车灯车灯总成优势，推动产品向中高端升级和新能源市场拓展，成功应用到问界、阿维塔、智己等中高端新能源车型；在海洋照明领域，与中科院深海所组建“深海照明工程技术联合实验室”，与大连海洋大学等科研单位联合建立“渔业与海洋专用LED灯具研发与应用工程技术中心”，在海口布局海洋照明产业基地，孵化和推广浅海集鱼照明、养殖照明及深海照明的全海域照明产品；在健康照明领域，围绕“光与健康”的核心研究，形成了同色异谱、空间光分布优化等“光密码”技术，构建“光健康”标准体系，开发出覆盖消菌杀毒、医疗健康、教育健康、家居健康等领域的产品矩阵，实现健康照明的产业化运用；在智能照明领域，聚焦“节律智慧光”“AI雷达感知”“智星云通信”三大核心技术，建立具备自主知识产权的物联网平台，推出智慧家居、智慧商业、智慧城市等智能照明整体解决方案；在动植物照明领域，以LED光学+智能调光系统为基础，研发适用畜牧、家禽、经济作物等不同应用场景的定制化照明解决方案，推动现代农业技术变革。 截至2023年底，佛山照明共有8户高新技术企业、10个省级研发平台，获授权专利1400余项，主导或参编国际、国家、行业和团体标准近百项，与复旦大学、香港科技大学、中科院深海所等高校及科研院所深入开展新材料、新技术、智能控制等领域的产学研合作，在部分领域构建了较强的技术壁垒。 “十四五”期间，佛山照明将继续聚焦产业链、价值链、创新链，按照“稳住基本盘，开拓新赛道”的总体思路，加快产业链垂直一体化整合，加码布局新赛道业务，打造有竞争力的照明产业集群，提高经营效益，提升品牌价值，推动企业高质量发展不断迈上新台阶，取得新成效。
