| Company Introduction | 新大洲控股股份有限公司创立于1988年，前身是海南琼港轻骑摩托车开发有限公司.系由山东济南轻骑摩托车总厂、海南省国营桂林洋农场和香港万乐佳有限公司三方共同出资设立的中外合作经营企业。1992年改制为股份制企业，1994年公司股票在深圳证券交易所挂牌上市。2005年公司名称变更为“新大洲控股股份有限公司“。 公司业务发端于摩托车制造。2000年新大洲本田摩托有限公司的前身天津本田摩托有限公司吸收合并海南新大洲摩托车股份有限公司(本公司前身)五家子公司并进行股权转让，本公司与日本本田技研.I业株式会社实现了共同重组摩托车产业。2006年本公司完成了对五九集团国有股权的收购，开始投身于煤炭能源产业。2012年本公司与枣矿集团共同重组五九集团，致力于将五九集团打造成一个高产高效、绿色发展的优质煤生产基地。2016年以前公司以摩托车和煤炭产业经营为主体，并涉及物流、航空制造、游艇、电动车产业等。2016年起公司加快产业结构调整，进行业务转型发展，开始进入牛肉食品产业，完成了乌拉圭牛肉屠宰、加工厂资产的收购，并逐步完成摩托车产业、电动车产业、游艇产业、物流产业的剥高。目前本公司以煤炭及牛肉产业经营为主体，资产总额近30亿元，员工人数达3000余人。 “新大洲控股“将秉承“创业、创新、创造"的经营理念不断提升企业的核心能力构建新的事业愿景与时俱进开拓仓新，更好地回报股东、回报社会。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
