Company Introduction 宝塔实业股份有限公司前身是西北轴承厂，是一家三线企业。1965年建厂，1996年改制上市，我国轴承行业第一家上市公司，中国机械工业企业500强，轴承行业知名骨干企业之一，NXZ品牌被认定为中国驰名商标，获得了国家出口免验资格，产品畅销50多个国家和地区。公司拥有国家级企业技术中心、国家地方联合工程实验室、博士后科研工作站;通过了IS09001、IS014001质量管理体系认证，是国家一级计量单位。2020年12月25日宁夏回族自治区人民政府出资设立的国有独资企业——宁夏国有资本运营集团取代宝塔石化集团成为公司新的实际控制人。确立了以做强轴承产业为主线，瞄准战略性新兴产业和重大装备制造业，抢占科技和市场制高点，将西北轴承建设成高端轴承生产基地和一流品牌企业的宏伟蓝图。 公司主营各类滚动轴承的生产和销售，产品广泛应用于石油、冶金、铁路、矿山、建筑工程、重载汽车、电机、农机等行业的主机配套。公司能够按照国际标准和国家最新技术标准生产外径40毫米至3500毫米的各种类型滚动轴承5000多种，并能按用户要求生产各种非标准轴承和特殊结构轴承。公司拥有进出口自营权，面向50多个国家、地区出口轴承产品。 公司1997年通过IS09001质量体系认证、IS014001环境管理体系认证和国家GB/T19022-2003/ISO10012完善测量体系认证(AAA)，是国家一级计量单位。拥有国家级企业技术中心、博士后科研工作站和石油机械轴承研究所。“NXZ”商标被认定为“中国驰名商标”。2008年，公司获得“国家出口商品免验资质”、“自治区石油研发创新团队”等荣誉称号，通过了“国家级高新技术企业”认证。 经过五十多年的发展，公司的产品设计和工艺制造水平，科研开发和技术创新能力不断提高，已掌握冶金轧机轴承、重载汽车轴承、石油机械轴承尤其是石油机械轴承成熟、独特、相对稳定的核心技术。在国内轴承生产制造行业，西北轴承产品的综合技术水平处于领先地位，100多种新产品填补了国内空白，10种产品被评为国家重点新产品，“NXZ”牌冶金、石油机械轴承被评为宁夏名牌产品。公司拥有高水平的技术研发人员，具有自主研发的在中国轴承行业处于领先水平的计算机CAE—CAD—CAPP设计软件和轴承数据管理一体化PDM系统，被国家科技部授予“全国CAD应用工程示范企业”称号。 公司的发展还得到了国家和各级政府的高度重视和支持，胡锦涛、吴邦国、乔石、李瑞环、李铁映、王忠禹、钱其琛、邹家华、王丙乾等党和国家领导人先后到公司视察，给予了高度评价。公司先后荣获“中国21315质量信用等级证书”、“机械工业管理进步示范企业”、“机械工业高技能人才培养示范基地”、“全国安康杯竞赛优胜单位”、“推动宁夏可持续发展十佳功勋单位”等荣誉称号。
