| Company Introduction | 河北建投能源投资股份有限公司（简称“建投能源”），成立于1994年1月18日，是河北建设投资集团有限责任公司（简称"建投集团"）旗下重要的境内资本运作平台，是河北省的能源投资主体，主营业务为投资、建设、运营管理以电力生产为主的能源项目。 建投能源坚持以市场为导向，以保障河北省用电需求，促进区域经济发展，维护全体股东利益为宗旨，以价值最大化为经营理念，依托区域市场用电需求稳定增长、控股股东建投集团鼎力支持的优势，通过内生与外延发展并重的方式，实现规模扩张，并不断提高经济效益，逐步发展成为具有竞争实力和发展活力的大型专业化能源投资公司，实现了公司价值和股东价值的共同增长。 截至2020年末，建投能源目前拥有控股发电公司12家、售电公司1家，参股发电公司12家；公司控制运营装机容量915万千瓦，控制在建装机容量70万千瓦，权益运营装机容量922万千瓦。公司拥有控股供热公司4家，参股供热公司2家，供热面积17,666万平米。 建投能源控股股东河北建设投资集团有限责任公司是河北省政府聚合、融通、引导社会资本和金融资本，支持河北省经济发展的投融资平台、基础设施建设平台和金融服务业平台，由河北省国资委履行监管职责的国有资本运营机构和投资主体，公司注册资本150亿元。截至2019年底，河北建投集团合并总资产1911.87亿元，净资产892.86亿元。集团系统企业员工约11500人，控股河北建投能源和新天绿色能源两家上市公司，参股华能国际、大唐发电、唐山港、秦港股份等多家上市企业，是河北省国有资本投资公司改革试点单位。多年来，河北建投集团不断完善发展战略，优化资产结构，通过政府主导，市场化运作，相继投资建设了电厂、铁路、港口、高速公路、天然气管线、水厂和一批省重大支撑性项目，逐步形成了以能源、交通、水务、城镇化等基础设施及战略性新兴产业为主的业务板块。此外，集团投资领域还涉及金融服务、矿产开发等多个行业，为促进河北省经济发展做出了重要贡献。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
