Company Introduction 云南铝业股份有限公司（以下简称“云铝股份”，股票代码000807）前身为云南铝厂，始建于1970年，2019年加入中铝集团，是全国有色行业、中国西部省份工业企业中唯一一家“国家环境友好企业”，国家绿色工厂，获评首届ESG金牛奖“双碳”先锋。公司已形成铝土矿160万吨、氧化铝140万吨、绿色铝305万吨，铝合金及铝加工产品157万吨，炭素制品82万吨的产能规模。 加入中铝集团以来，云铝股份深入贯彻落实国家“双碳”计划，落实中铝集团绿色发展战略和云南省委省政府打好“绿色能源牌”，建设“中国绿色铝谷”战略部署，加快构建节能减排、清洁生产、循环利用为一体的绿色发展模式，率先与国家电投云南国际联合开发成功光伏发电直流接入电解铝生产用电技术；建成国内首条铝灰资源化利用生产线；建成国内首条铝电解槽大修渣综合回收利用生产线。大力实施绿色矿山复垦，实现全流程绿色制造，打造绿色品牌，促进产业升级，引领行业发展。公司产品碳足迹水平保持行业领先，全产业链通过ASI标准双认证。 目前，云铝股份正积极推进各绿色铝产业基地经济发展，至2025年，将建成“3+3”六大绿色铝材一体化产业集群，形成从铝水到终端产品的“1+N”全产业链绿色发展格局，奋力打造中国全产业链绿色低碳铝用新材料基地，打造绿色铝一流企业标杆，为中铝建设世界一流优秀有色金属集团贡献云铝力量。
