Company Introduction 创维数字股份有限公司前身华润锦华股份有限公司系1988年经遂宁市人民政府遂府函(1988)018号文批准,由四川遂宁棉纺织厂发起设立的股份制试点企业。1990年1月,原企业更名为""四川锦华纺织股份有限公司""。1994年3月,公司由""四川锦华纺织股份有限公司""更名为""四川锦华股份有限公司""。1998年6月2日,四川锦华股份有限公司股票在深圳证券交易所上市交易。2002年4月16日,公司名称由""四川锦华股份有限公司""变更为""华润锦华股份有限公司""。自2014年11月11日起,公司名称由“华润锦华股份有限公司”变更为“创维数字股份有限公司”,英文名称由“ChinaResourcesJinhuaCo.,Ltd.”变更为“SkyworthDigitalCo.,Ltd.”。创维数字主营业务为数字电视智能终端及前端系统与平台的研究、开发、生产、销售、运营与服务，主营所属产业是未来国家十三五规划及中国制造2025中新一代信息技术产业。多年来，创维数字基于广电网、电信网、互联网，围绕“平台+内容+终端+应用”的生态体系，联合运营商、内容商、应用商、渠道商等战略伙伴，打造智能生态链。公司推出了数字电视、智能网络、IPTV等全系列机顶盒、智能网络接入设备、汽车电子及车联网、物联网等系列产品与服务，全面满足运营商与最终用户的个性化体验及需求。“创维”已成为国内知名品牌，创维数字在国内广电运营商市场、国内智能终端市场、出口海外销量均为国内第一，是国内同行业的龙头企业。
