Company Introduction 天津鑫茂科技股份有限公司前身为天大天财股份有限公司,05年天津鑫茂集团成功重组公司并更名为天津鑫茂科技股份有限公司,重组完成后公司的主营业务也相应进行了调整,主要有以下三项:一是科技园的开发建设及孵化器经营;二是高科技产业投资和经营;三是餐饮和娱乐服务业.公司原有40亩闲置土地,这些土地07年将进入开发阶段;新置入的鑫茂科技园军民两用技术产业基地项目已于2006年底完工,目前预定率较高,预计07年将大规模确认收入,这两项项目将成为上市公司的重要利润来源.公司投资的天津鑫风能源科技公司已具备750KW风电叶片生产的产业化能力,目前正进行叶片风场测试工作,测试完成后将进行市场推广及销售.预计鑫风能源建成投产,将使公司成为"国内风机叶片第一股",未来3-5年风机叶片产能快速释放。
