Company Introduction 公司以市场需求为导向，依托当地丰富的山杏仁资源，在二十世纪七十年代开发生产了拥有自主知识产权的植物蛋白饮料——杏仁露，成为我国植物蛋白饮料市场发展的起点。近年来，随着消费者消费能力的提升，消费升级趋势愈发明显，“营养+健康”观念逐渐深入人心，市场对以植物蛋白饮料为代表的健康产品需求不断增加。 植物蛋白饮料以其不含或较少的胆固醇含量，富含蛋白质和氨基酸，适量的不饱和脂肪酸，营养成分较全等特点，深受消费者欢迎。我国食品结构的突出缺陷是蛋白质偏低，奶源严重缺乏，人均牛乳占有率低，此外我国约有3.1亿人口为乳糖不耐受人群，近3.5亿人为疑似乳糖不耐受患者，庞大的“牛奶敏感人群”也为植物蛋白饮品开出一个巨大的消费市场，推动我国植物蛋白饮料市场规模近年来稳步增长，成为了充分市场竞争行业，具有完全的市场化程度，且竞争愈发激烈，在细分品类和地域方面各有特色，市场根据行业细分品类不同、发展区域不同，呈现品牌割据的态势。 饮料行业未来消费升级的方向是营养和健康，消费者对饮料的要求趋于营养、保健、安全卫生、回归自然，从“好喝”向“喝好”转变。未来预计随着国民健康意识提升，对植物蛋白的需求会进一步提升，我国植物蛋白饮料人均消费量仍存在提升空间。 公司是农业产业化国家重点龙头企业，具有多年生产植物蛋白饮料的经验和历史，凭借品牌、产品、技术等核心竞争力，积极采取必要的风险防范措施提升品牌抗风险能力，进一步巩固和发展市场份额。报告期内，公司以第二参与单位身份参与《植物奶》团体标准制定，已于2021年年底发布。未来，公司将围绕植物饮品，大力开展品类升级与创新，丰富产品品类，提供绿色、健康、可信赖的植物饮品，同时拓展新消费场景和消费人群，满足新一代消费者多样化的消费需求，为植物饮品发展注入新鲜血液。 主要是植物蛋白饮料的生产和销售，主要产品是“露露”杏仁露。“露露”杏仁露是以纯天然、无污染的北纬43°野山杏仁为原料，采用独特的研磨工艺、专利技术精制而成，具有美容养颜、润肺止咳、润肠通便、调节血脂等功效，是营养、健康、绿色的植物蛋白饮品。
